"本次入住體驗存在較多問題，嚴重影響居住舒適度，具體情況如下： 1. 衞生與安全問題突出：房間被子上發現疑似床蝨的蟲子，衞生狀況堪憂。我因此被叮咬，後背出現咬痕，即便塗抹碘伏後痕跡仍未消退，對皮膚健康造成直接影響，也讓入住安全感大幅降低。 2. 房間通風與異味問題：酒店為新裝修，房間內殘留濃重異味。但入住時窗簾完全拉閉、窗户緊閉，未進行基礎通風，進入房間後異味刺鼻，身體明顯感到不適。 3. 客房用品補給不足：房間內的沐浴露和洗髮水餘量極少，僅夠單次使用，未及時補充，給日常洗漱帶來極大不便。 4. 早餐服務存在缺陷：早餐品類標註與實際不符，餐牌僅寫“麪條”，但實際提供受客人歡迎的餛飩，未在餐牌上明確標註，易誤導客人；同時，麪包機旁長時間無麪包補給，整個早餐時段（約1小時）始終未看到麪包，若存在缺貨情況，也未擺放紙條説明，影響用餐體驗。 希望酒店能重視上述問題，儘快整改衞生、用品補給與服務細節，提升後續客人的入住體驗。"
