Second time staying here, but this time the experience was too bad. There is no heating in the cold weather. This is the only hotel that does not have heating during this National Day trip. It is worse than a guest house. The most important thing is that the security guard in the parking lot has a very bad attitude. When he went back and asked again, the security guard was not happy and told us to find it yourself. No one is to blame, he kept chattering and asked us to go to the underground garage even though there was parking space in the front yard.

Water leaking from under the glass shower door will spread outside. The water didn't come until nearly 9 a.m. on the second day after we checked in. It was very inconvenient for us because of urgent pipe repairs. Maybe my room is an individual case. Putting these aside, everything else is ok.
