Only two things
the bed its uncomfortable
and turn off the christmas lights at night, the christmas light was on all night long

Great place for the price. The bed is a bit on the small side but it does the job. There are shared bathrooms/toilets.

Room was exactly as shown, and very comfortable. After the first evening, my heater stopped working, and I didn't get a response to my request to fix it. But other than that, it was a great stay

The manager was very nice and friendly. I asked for a refund shortly after I booked my room. I couldn’t get in contact with the front desk. FYI - it was very HARD to get in contact with front desk… beware.

we enjoyed our stay for 2 nights and the property was convenient to visit several places of London. The manager lahirau , he was very sweet to talk.
