Really lovely restaurant that had been on my list for a while. The ambiance was quite intimate and it too loud either. Karim was amazing and really attentive to our table. The food was so good and you could taste the quality. I think some of the staff had overheard me say it was my birthday the day before and brought me a cute Happy Birthday dessert. Great service, great food and would definitely return.

The best stay ever . The view from our room was fantastic and breathtaking. The staff was so helpful specially Mr. Julian . Whoever wants to stay in the hotel , trust me u won’t regret . Also best English breakfast . Best location in central London almost 10 mins walking distance to major tourist attractions

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Dirty and dated. Empty packet of croissants left in a drawer, rubbish and mess outside my hotel door, tea and water not replenished. I requested someone to fix my twin beds into a double, this never took place. Never again

TEN WITH HONORS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Attention to the guest at exceptional levels - Luxury, cleanliness, technology - GREEN philosophy and very little plastic does it a lot of credit! - excellent food in infinite variety at breakfast served in a panoramic restaurant directly on the River Thames - silent spa, sanitized and sanitized continuously Together with all this and many other details that made my stay at the Plaza Riverbank remarkable, I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of Mr. Anis at the reception regarding a resolution aimed at a total satisfaction rating of my stay for work reasons . The staff is impeccable in every way. Great experience and I highly recommend it.

A few things. Prior to my arrival, I had checked in online via the app. Upon arrival to the hotel, the digital key did not work which resulted in me having to queue to get the key. The room rate was prepaid, without breakfast. The staff member who checked me at the desk informed me of my benefits of being a member, getting access to free breakfast, which was not the case when I booked the rate online. Next, when we eventually received the key, we went into the room which was supposed to be a triple room. There was one double bed and a small single shoved up against the window resulting in a very tight room for three adults. Next, we looked at the bathroom. There was no door between the bathroom and bedroom. There was evidence of a door bring there previously as we could see where the hinges were sitting but there was no door. We thought there might be some cool, secret sliding door but no. The door has consciously been removed and not replaced. This resulted in no privacy whatsoever. Our staff was for one night so we got over it but when checking out, we asked the receptionist why there was no door and he said he didn’t know. He was aware some rooms didn’t have doors but didn’t know why. Will not be going back again as this room was very expensive for one night and was not worth the money.

I came to the park plaza on a solo trip looking for a nice room to sight see and enjoy my stay. On the front reception desk one of the guys did not understand my request but Anneike came to ask me what i needed in the room and she met my expectations. She took me to see a room on the 16th floor. I received a nice room with a view of the river. The room was very bright and spacious. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast had a lot of options. I really appreciate this stay.

This is for Sathesh at reception, who was extremely helpful and accommodating with my requests. Sathesh was able to give me a room with a riverside view and also access to the viewing area. Thank you so much Sathesh. Rooms were lovely and at a perfect temperature for me.

The hotel was amazing, very comfortable. Miss Natalie was particularly lovely and very helpful. The staff was very cordial, the cleaning was done regularly. The room was spacious and clean. The dine-in food was also delicious. Wonderful stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza, Riverbank. The staff, especially Andrew(Reception), were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. Breakfast was good, though there’s room for improvement. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming experience!
