Premier Inn London Hanger Lane

Location is brilliant , 3 min walk to the tube and the bus stops. Having stayed here in 2022 and only came back second time last week, thought I will give another chance. The hotel didn't change at all, still looks very tired, rooms need to be update. Personally was afraid to take a shower , mould around the bath and black marks after shower mat inside the bath. The tv is very small and fits on a stand where you will find the kettle and coffee also. No electric sockets around the mirrors, the hairdryer took ages. Breakfast bar very poor , glad I didn't book a meal deal. Staff OK I stayed in a few premier inns but this one is the worst.

Excellent service from Faiyaz in the restaurant. A champion! It makes such a difference when someone is good mannered and helpful. It makes your stay more comfortable. An obvious hard worker. I always stay at a premier Inn when I am away on business.

Ruchik was a very nice server and offered food. The breakfast was pretty good and the beds were comfortable. The shower was pretty relaxing and everything worked properly. The rooms were decent sized and everything was offered. Service was fast.

Me and my hubby stayed here for the challenge cup final at Wembley, we've stayed at another hotel up the road before so knew the area a little there are two underground stations the nearest just out of the door to the left is hangar lane, up the road is park royal, took us around 40 mins from euston station and to get to wembley. On arrival, around 9.30pm I waiting a couple of minutes to check in automatically, very busying lots of families seated enjoying themselves, asked if any food still on been travelling from 2pm the young lady was fantastic and got us a table and we were eating within 15mins. Went to our room, we were in a disabled room which was very spacious, problem is hubby 6"4" everything low but he said he was ok had to go and ask for a towel there was only one in room asked manager about room she said it due to been fully booked, so I left it at that. got another towel and went back up. The room definitely needs some tlc. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was busying but got served after around 5min wait, we enjoyed our stay, we stay in Premier Inns when going anywhere, but this hotel was just a little out of the way for us. Staff are fantastic. They can't do enough of you and rush off their feet

Good location for visiting family. Hotel was clean, bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast was good but missing fresh fruit salad both mornings. Staff were very pleasant. Wasn’t keen on room as it was dark and dingy and hot water flow was very slow, would stay here again but request different room.

I had dinner at the Hanger Lane Premier Inn with a friend who was staying there last night - 04/06/24. My friend is blind and was there on business. She’d had a very stressful journey from Euston. We both want to thank all the staff we met for their excellent snd thoughtful service - the receptionist, who checked that her room would be convenient and told her how to get help at breakfast; the restaurant staff who found her a braille menu; and all the waiting staff - in particular, Faiyaz Yashika. Your thoughtfulness and care made everything much easier. Well done!

Yashika service was above and beyond! Amazing service- very friendly and helpful, made me feel at ease!! I would stay here again!!! Yashika is an asset to the business! Would highly recommend! Polite and welcoming into the restaurant and nothing was too much for her
