Radisson Blu Sussex Hotel, London Reviews

Love the location of this hotel. Staff members are really helpful and allow us to store our luggage a day earlier as we had an excursion outside of London. The rooms are good though can be a bit smaller.

Very small room and small bathroom If someone above your room you will hear.

The hotel is located near the popular Oxford street. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to bond street underground. The location is convenient. The breakfast is very rich. There is a buffet breakfast and you can order other items, such as pancakes. The room is normal London size, but the toilet is a little weird. A higher level, so be careful when entering and exiting. The carpet is averagely clean and has some wear and tear. Overall not bad👍

one of the booked rooms, the more expensive one was small and lower grade. That said, one of my guest got upgraded but not everyone was happy with the general standards

Everything about the stay was amazing apart from the fact that there is only one Elevator.

The hotel is very nice. My room was small but it had everything I needed. The only thing that is bad about this hotel is how terribly slow the elevator is. The hotel is in a perfect location. I would stay there again.

Given the price charged, this hotel did not measure up to my expectations. The room was too small and cramped to properly accommodate 2 people. There was not even a chair in the room. Our suitcases had be either on the floor or the beds. There were no drawers so we had to live out of our suitcases while staying there. The bathroom was mostly okay, but the toilet would start running water for 5 to 10 minutes a few minutes after each flush. The staff was nice enough but the room was sub par. I've stayed at other Raddison Blus in London which I enjoyed, but this one I couldn't wait to leave.

I have had bigger baths than this room. Tiny and uncomfortable. I could touch the walls at either aide of the bed while lying in it, just difficult to get in and out of. TV very high up and difficult to see. I travel a lot and this was the most uncomfortable room i jave had in 2023. I am sure the rest of the hotel is ok

Room was small, no power outlets by bed. Siily half shower wall deaign. Water all over floor. Small, single, slow elevator. Nice staff. Convenient location. Should offer discount on offsite parking.

Hotel is in a great location. Walk to shops, underground. My room was very tiny but clean. Firm mattress, very comfortable. Check in ok but since it’s online, would have been better to do in advance.
