Radisson Blu Vanderbilt Hotel, London Reviews

No more than average. Avoid booking the single room which is extremely small, very difficult to open my suitcase. Airless hallway always smells bad and very narrow to move. Breakfast is just OK, that front lady there is very nice I liked her. Finally I was declined by the restaurant as I didn't book, so I walked to Bailey's hotel to have my dinner which was awesome there. I would not recommend this hotel to be honest.

We were initially put in a room that looked nothing like the one we booked. We were moved after requesting an alternative, but when we walked in it hadn’t been cleaned - there were crumbs on the seat and dresser, skid marks in the toilet, towels all over the floor, and the bedding was dirty. This was dealt with promptly and we were given complimentary breakfasts as an apology, however we were understandably somewhat disgruntled and expected a better standard when staying at a Radisson. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good but the rooms are outdated and given the experience we won’t be rushing back.

Very clean, good location

The room is relatively clean! The mattress is very soft and bouncy! It's just that the room is too small, and the money spent is only 1,900 yuan less per room. The location is good. You can walk to the subway station in 5 minutes. There are many restaurants next to the subway station, including a good Lebanese restaurant. Shopping is also very convenient, there is a supermarket next to the subway. It's also quite close to Imperial College, just a 10-minute walk away.

Although the room is a bit different from the picture, the location is convenient and convenient for travel.

The corridor has a strong smell, and the elevator to the room is very small, and it is very troublesome to get in. The room area is very small, there is no place to put the suitcase when it is opened.

The hotel is located in the first district, the location is very good, the travel is very convenient, and the staff are very friendly. But other than that, not much good. Space is too cramped, including aisles and rooms. The width of the corridor is narrow, there are many fire doors, and the dark tone makes it uncomfortable to walk through the long and winding corridor; I booked a superior single room because I was traveling alone. The size of the room is still too small. When I live in a hotel, I pack things neatly. If I get used to spreading everything out, the experience will be even worse. Overall, no special recommendation. But the location is really good, it is very convenient and safe to travel and live.

Gil was at reception for our check in. Very professional and greeted us warmly. We had a nice room on main level and they were attentive to our requests. Great for walking to Victoria and Albert Museum, Museum of Natural History. WaitRose,Boots within walking for snacks, food and pharmacy. Would stay again. Scoff&Banter restaurant is adjacent -walk through from hotel and they serve excellent fish and chips!

First time using a Radisson Blu and largely good to excellent for a London short stay. Probably a little pricey for a single room that did look to have had better days, but it was mostly good condition and clean. Soundproofing, especially gap under door could be a lot better and finding the gum on the first towel was disappointing, but having used plenty of other ‘lower’ cost London hotel, this was on the nicer end.

Very well located close to the tube, restaurants and tesco express. The staff is nice, accommodations lovely and overall a nice London hotel. I love the area and when in London I stay in that area. It was my second time in this hotel and I will stay there again

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friend and made excellent restaurant suggestions. Definetly will be staying here again.
