Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and they my trip much better. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cleanliness - Overall, it is clean. However, there were strands of hair on the sofa, below the cushion, and under the blanket. Bathroom is huge Location - It is walking distance from Aldgate East Metro. Not centrally located, area seems to be a business district. There is no lift or escalator in this metro station, so having 2 heavy luggages, is a challenge. Service - Excellent service and friendly team, though they are unable to hold the luggage overnight as i had to do a separate trip to other cities. They provided me with a fan for ventilation as the room was tucked in a corner, which the aircron vent was in the living room. However, due to the layout of the room, the aircon was not able to 'flow' into the room Amenities - The kettle was abit rusty, a change was done immediately Room was well equipped, washer cum dryer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, wifi and tv (which can sync and cast music and shows from the phone). Summary - Its a well equipped one bed studio, fully equipped. It will be close to perfect if the ventilation was better. The 'old' concrete wall (i believe) was the previous location of the TV, needs works to make good as it is unsightly and/or perhaps it can be knocked down? It will be good if there is working table and chair instead of using the dining table and chair to work on. overall, i enjoyed my stay !

Very good location, close to Tower Bridge, and close to subway! Room size is also bigger than other similar type hotels I stayed before. Service is also great, highly recommended.

It was a good start with free drinks and service The location was nearby to tower hill The thing which was bothering was the dustbin in the toilet - difficult to open through . We booked the hotel for 3 people but the kits necessary were only 2 . Overall it was ok ok experience . The Sauna was nice but the water in the pool was really triggering the eyes.(needs treatment/cleaning)

The 24-hour front desk is very welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, the electric heater is very useful, you can freely control the temperature according to your body feeling, the shower has plenty of hot water, the apartment is in a good location, not far from the subway station. It would be perfect if there was a kitchen knife. Also, if you have trouble sleeping, choose this hotel carefully, the noise is obvious when the subway passes, and you can even feel the vibration.

We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

One bedroom was so small that the door couldn't be opened even with a double bed in it. There were surprisingly few sockets in the bedroom, so there was a problem with charging mobile phones. There is a large terrace on the top floor which is nice. You can see the big dome of the church. The facilities are quite complete. However, it is a bit troublesome to drag your suitcase to find it when the taxi cannot reach the door. Five stars can't keep up, but four stars are about the same. In addition, the hotel rooms have air conditioning.

It exceeded my expectations. I didn't really like staying in B&Bs, but this is the only one I want to stay in for a few more days. The environment is so good, the service is also very good (not to hahaha), and it is also very pet-friendly. It feels like the owner is very attentive (and has spent a lot of money) 🤣

Everything at this hotel was perfect! Location seems to be a bit far from center of London but, thanks to the nice traffc system, moving around in London is very easy, but please note that fares are not cheap. At each room, heater system is perfectly embedded and it works well so that we could enjoy staying at warm place. This nice hotel offers free coffee at lobby floor and it tastes super rich and good so that we did not need to visit place like Starbucks. All staff were very helpful and very kind! Hope to visit this place again whenever i travel in London. Thank you so much for everything Citadines Barbican!

The room was very nice, clean, and of a good size. Free water and a refrigerator were provided. The hotel is in a good location, and is within walking distance of Tower Bridge, London Bridge, the Shard, and Bole Market. It is also very convenient to take the bus to the London Eye, Westminster, and the National Gallery. We chose to walk one day, and it took only 30 minutes to get to Buckingham Palace, which the map showed was about the same time as walking. Every day when we went out, the hotel waiter cleaned the room, changed the garbage bags, and gave the children a keychain when they left the hotel, which was really thoughtful. I will choose this place next time I go to London.
