入住感非常的好， 環境優美，地理位置也很好， 交通也很方便。房間舒適 ，娛樂場地設施齊全，有健身房，乒乓球室，桌球廳，遊戲機。衞生乾淨整潔 ， 服務非常的貼心， 早餐非常的豐富。 還有公共遊泳館 室外泡池真的很好，景色宜人春意盎然，下次還會再來。

剛進去酒店，酒店優雅的環境，服務人員貼心的熱情，進入房間更是感覺了家的温暖，客服人員更是服務到位，衞生環境整潔乾淨。在房間一眼望去，能讓你感到一種身臨其境的自然景色，春水初生，綠意盈枝，在泡泡温泉，更是美不勝收。退房臨走時更是感覺，來有迎聲，走有送聲的熱情。下次還選擇金水灣酒店真的很不錯，下次一定在回來。

酒店特別好，房間大，私湯池子大，乾淨衞生，住着很舒服。温泉池水很乾凈，泡完非常舒服，泡池也多，最關鍵的是就算是五一也不算人多，可以泡的比較分散。我們都在説公共池也這麼乾淨很難得，下次訂不到私湯房也可以住了。

環境：酒店依山傍水，交通便利，中式園林風格，前後都有花園，可以觀花賞景。酒店有停車場，方便停車。
房間：非常非常大，設施齊全。酒店是新裝修的，但是沒有異味。床品乾淨整潔，枕頭床墊也軟硬適中。
特色：房間自帶浴缸泡池和汗蒸，可以在房間直接泡温泉，也可以去公共温泉。在房間泡温泉就很舒服，可以一邊欣賞窗外的美景，一邊泡温泉。温泉水是淡藍色的，沒有異味，泡完身上滑溜溜的。
服務：酒店服務態度很好，全程微笑服務，有需要都是第一時間快速解決。
不足：早餐餐廳不在主樓，在副樓三層，但是早餐券上衹寫了三樓，容易找錯，希望能標識更清楚。

酒店位置很醒目，出了高速大概四公里路邊就到了。酒店一看就是高檔酒店的樣子，高高大大。房間很大，裝修很新，設施不錯。酒店前後各有一個花園可以溜達溜達吹風。
公共區域温泉不算多，但是也夠用了。每個房間都有温泉池，公共温泉去不去倒是沒那麼重要。
室內温泉水温不錯，泡完很舒服。
酒店後面是座山，要是給包下來修修路可以登山就好了，否則現在小鎮還真的沒有太多了可以溜達的地方。

這家酒店環境老舊，下水道反味，孩子不喜歡，第二天去了阿爾卡迪亞青松嶺，價格實惠，還有免費手工課做了風箏和彩繪扇子，蛋仔合影。別相信什麼當地五星，都是騙人的。這家店以後不在來。飯是附近幾家酒店吃的最差勁的，説是自助，一共就十幾種，鹹菜就佔了三四種，腐乳、拌黃瓜、還有饅頭豆漿粥。就跟旅行社的團餐一樣。

房間乾淨整潔。巨大！巨大！巨大！重要的事情説三遍。温泉在獨立的二號樓。雖然不是很大，但該有的都有。屋子裡有泡池，有汗蒸，還有浴缸。都不需要去外面泡。服務人員都禮貌熱情。賓館九層有休閑，KTV，還有燒烤。一樓有乒乓球，桌球和遊戲機。淡季來價格一定更合適，很滿意。

五一旅遊選擇了人相對較少的承德和內蒙，在金水灣酒店住了兩晚。首先是酒店位置在一個山坡上，我們是晚上到的酒店，外面燈光很亮也很漂亮，很容易就能看到，工作人員非常熱情，耐心為我們講解酒店的各種設施和注意事項。
酒店內部設施很完善，有室內外温泉，游泳池，温泉和泳池水都很清，人不算多，孩子們玩的很開心；酒店門前是一大片的綠地和可供休閑放鬆的景觀，雖然沒有全綠，但是陽光照着，環境很好；我們定的是帶温泉池的客房，可以不出門泡温泉，温泉水很好，温度自己調；早點偏中式，味道不錯。
兩天的遊玩體驗很好，下次一定還會再來！

房間寬敞，服務熱情，有需求會立刻響應。帶着父母孩子度假首選。山裡空氣新鮮，酒店房間裏就有大泡池，還有單獨的温泉館，孩子遊樂設施稍顯單薄，九樓休息區大部分還在建設中。餐飲性價比高，味道棒！
