It was a very pleasant surprise! The hotel was newly opened a few years ago, so all the facilities are very new! Especially the hot spring area, there are many types of hot spring pools, and there is even a water playground, which is also a good place to take children out!

We booked a parent-child theme room, also known as the frog room. Xiaobao loves the slide. The person who checked us in was a warm-hearted lady named May, who patiently explained to me the most favorable package for Dabao, who needed to pay for the ticket. I have to give her a five-point praise. The parent-child room is on the 4th floor, and the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was the first time for my family to take a private bath, and we took a bath at night and in the morning. It felt quite novel. The outdoor public baths are fun for both the elderly and children😁 We started bathing outdoors at 5pm and went to the hotel's whiskey restaurant for a buffet dinner at 7pm. There were many varieties of dinner with rich tastes, including home-cooked dishes, cold seafood, lobsters, shark fin Buddha jumps over the wall soup, roasted oysters, crayfish, beer soda, fruit salad, nourishing pig's feet ginger, Chinese and Western food, clean and hygienic. Everyone was very full and didn't need to eat supper at night. After dinner, the two kids went back to the room to continue bathing in the private bath😁 The buffet breakfast on the second day was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western breakfasts. After breakfast, we also went to the hotel to see pigs, cattle, sheep and horses🐴 Many hotel projects such as fairy sticks and terrace stove tea are limited in time. We didn't experience them because the time was not right. We will definitely come back to experience them next time!

The room hygiene is generally good, the hotel service is first-class, the highlight is that there are many hot spring pools, the children don't want to leave the water slide, the water in the swimming pool is also constant temperature, very suitable for bringing children. It is recommended that there should be a children's wave pool indoors, so that you can stay in the hotel all day on rainy days!

The waiter was polite and always smiling. Even the cleaner patiently told us that we could take the lighter away. The hotel's freezer and room were fully stocked with drinks. People like me who are afraid of the unsanitary nature of boiling a kettle can be satisfied directly. The hotel is considerate and has placed towels outside the shower door to absorb water and prevent slipping. They are caring everywhere. Satisfied.

The two-bedroom, one-living room room is very large, and the living room also has a terrace with a small hot spring pool. The room is equipped with 3 TVs, which is also the most luxurious place (the most luxurious in a five-star hotel), and the other rain showers are very low. The room comes with snacks, afternoon fruits, etc., and there are several buckets of Jingtian water for making tea, so you can drink as much as you want without worrying about not having enough. The Whisky Hotel should be the second phase hotel of Genting. Compared with the other two, it is obviously more cost-effective. The hot spring hotel and the hot spring pool are quite reasonable, but it only starts at 8:30 in the morning, which is a bit inappropriate. After all, early swimming is also loved by many people. Breakfast is still standard, the food is rich, and the taste is also up to standard. The hotel's dinner (Yue Food House) is very cost-effective. If I go again, I will definitely book it together, but there is no two-bedroom, one-living room together. I still recommend everyone to go.

The staff was very friendly and you could ask the staff for help with any questions. The hot spring area was also clean and comfortable, with many pools and recreational facilities, and the distance was very close. It was a very happy experience and I will come again next time~
