已經第二次了，他家的早餐是外邊兒送過來的，一份兒一份兒的，早上比較忙，忙完下去取，就跟我説時間超時了，直接給我處理掉了，我定的還是兩份兒早餐。你這不是自助限時的早餐，客户的東西你們有權利能隨便處理嗎？
這個酒店其實硬件設施什麼都還可以，但是在管理服務上明顯有缺陷。我經常住酒店，4.8以下的維也納酒店基本上沒見過，果然是有問題。

下午5點左右到酒店，房間還未完全清理乾淨，人手不夠，車停旁邊停車場，行李存放前台，服務小姐姐讓我們先去吃飯，回來剛好入住，並熱心介紹附近美食店，我們選擇了西湖大排檔，生蠔確實好吃，飯後龍巖高鐵廣場散步回酒店，安心入住。房間整潔乾淨，但雙床房靠馬路這邊，早上6點被吵醒，其他都很好，愛睡懶覺的人傷不起
設施：不錯
衞生：乾淨
環境：沿街客房車輛多，有點吵鬧
服務：滿意，服務員都很熱心

這個酒店房間真多，前台服務很熱情，很主動。衞生很好，有洗衣房和烘乾機，有免費停車場。本來以為近高鐵站的酒店會吵鬧，實際環境很安靜，床品很舒服。衞生間很大，乾濕分離，洗澡很舒服。

門面很小，隔音不是很好。空調聲音大的很，醒來以為外面下雨。
説了好幾次幫忙登記下車位，出去還是要收費，人上車了，懶得糾結這5塊了。

下次不住這了，我是八點不到去吃的早餐實在是太差，照片上的一部分，還有饅頭、稀飯、小菜酸豆角、蘿蔔乾這些自助沒有拍進去，吃的東西實在是太少了。麪、粉、餛飩是現煮的，我要了粉，沒有問過我就給我放了豬肝，豬肝那個味我吃不消的，因為要趕高鐵，等不了重新煮了。附近也沒什麼其他賣早餐的。
房間可以，我就是對早飯太不滿了。
