Facilities a little old, but good for the price, the concierge of the altitude category, terrible, it is not worth paying more to receive nothing extra.
Anyone can go up. At the altitude tower they never ask you for wristbands, except for “premium drinks” which are few and far between…
Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors.
Buffet always the same thing every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to go to the bottom of the lobby to do reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, small rooms more than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job.
For high season and what you pay, it's not worth it, for low season and the cost is somewhat fair.

The location of the hotel is very good, the sea view room is very close to the sea. But the hotel lacks maintenance, the facilities are old and the balcony chairs are dirty and rusty. I was looking forward to the all-inclusive option, but apart from the buffet options, dinner was really terrible! The pizza made in Italian restaurants is worse than buying frozen pizza from the supermarket.

If the service were faster it would be incredible since it is a bit slow when it comes to a la carte restaurants, plus the portions are a bit small in some of them and you have to wait a long time for the dish to come out.

This was a great location. The staff was attentive, the food was good (enough) and the town was easy to access for other food options. Our room was clean and quiet.
The resort had fun events and music venues.
The only issue was some of the workout equipment was in need of repair. But that did not stop us from working out daily.
Had a great time. We will be back.

We were extremely apprehensive about the mixed reviews about the "ALL" Inclusiveness of this resort before we booked but for the price point we proceeded to check it out.
Remember you are on resort time while you are there. Long waits for check in, reservations, and drinks. Most everything is included, BUT there are exceptions... Gelato - of all things???, Cabanas, Steak and Lobster.
All areas of the resort are NOT included unless you are in Altitude package(?) We are still not sure what that was about.
It was difficult to get information about resort and activities. Maps, directions and labeling of places not well defined. After the week there we figured most of it out.
Food..
If you want to eat at one of the sit down restaurants, you need to make a reservation on that day, starting at 9 am, plan on waiting in line to do so! VERY frustrating! They need to change this and allow restaurants to open earlier for more reservations. Order everything that you want at once, because service is poor and they push you out, especially at the Asian and Italian places. As for the Buffet, the food is very bland...and that's saying a lot for a bland eater that has a sensitive stomach! Rooms are nice and clean, with great views and we did not purchase an expensive package. All rooms possibly have a view in which we could tell. AC can only stay on with use of your key card for room or towel key card inserted. AC only will cool to 21.5 degrees C.

There was lots of noise at night and there was some type of possibly sewage smell at night. Staff/front desk was made aware and nothing changed for my stay. The ladies at the front desk didnt look like they wanted to help me.
