When our driver pulled up to the hotel by a rickety bridge over the river, we were a bit nervous as the hotel looks tiny from the outside. What we thought was the hotel was actually the lobby and the hotel is actually quite large and sprawling with buildings and bungalows scattered next to the river. The hotel has a lovely infinity pool by the river with a lounge chairs, beach towels and an affordable pool bar with snacks for sale. The rooms were spacious with large balconies. The toilet was by the front door so you had to exit the WC walk around the corner to the bathroom to wash your hands - sort of a weird set up, but did help in the morning for 2 people to get ready. This was the only hotel we stayed in with dual sinks and a long vanity so excellent for 2 travelers and a big plus! The shower was a walk in so east access. The hotel also has a restaurant where breakfast (included) is served in the morning. Unfortunately it was a buffet with limited options and the food that was supposed to be hot was always cold and unappetizing. The hotel uses tiny candles to try to keep the food warm but this method does not work at all. The hotel no longer has a shuttle to town which is a negative as you need to walk across a scary rickety bridge to get to town. The hotel does not have a gym which is a requirement, in my opinion, if you want to be a 5 star resort. My only other comment to management is to find a few better English speaking employees as we had difficulty communicating with staff. Yes we know we are in Laos and should learn to speak their language but I feel when you cater to tourists you need a few people in each area to speak the universal language for business. We did enjoy our stay and can recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is a certain distance from the main street, and it is not easy to reach on foot, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, so it is quite convenient. The location itself is also relatively quiet. There are not many rooms in the hotel, and the environment is very good, with a touch of Japanese Zen. The service is quite satisfactory, not particularly enthusiastic, but everything can be responded in a timely manner. The facilities in the hotel room are generally ok, but the bathroom is a bit old, the water pressure fluctuates when taking a shower, and the water is also very slow. Flushing the toilet was too loud. The most terrible thing is that we live in the connected room of the hotel, and the sound insulation is almost non-existent. I can hear normal conversations, and the next door was crazily noisy after staying for two nights, and the next door was still playing loud music in the early morning of the last night. There are not many types of breakfast but the taste is good. There are fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juices. Mangoes are really delicious! I love mangoes so much! Freshly cooked rice noodles also taste good. However, it is strongly recommended not to come to Luang Prabang from February to April. The air quality is like a volcanic eruption. After we stayed for one night, we decided to give up the next Pullman and drive away in advance. The whole city is yellow, and the air is A smell of paste. Apart from that, the hotel is a good hotel and Luang Prabang is also a very good destination.

During the National Day holiday, I chose this hotel on the Mekong River as my first stop on the China-Laos Railway. The room rate of 500+ RMB during the long holiday was quite a deal. Let’s talk about the pros and cons. Facilities: The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Especially the large balcony of the room faces the Mekong River. It feels great. However, the bathroom facilities are old, there is a problem with hot and cold water in the bathroom, and the shower is hot and cold. Hygiene: clean Environment: The internal environment is excellent and has a relatively cultural accumulation. The corridors, large lawns and swimming pools are all suitable for taking pictures. However, the hotel is located in a rural area and the surrounding area is underdeveloped. The breakfast area is adjacent to the Mekong River. There are not too many types of food, but it is still exquisite. Service: All staff are polite and smile. It should be noted that you should check the room facilities before checking in. There may be something missing. We negotiated with the front desk for a long time because of a bath towel we had never seen before. Although it was solved perfectly and the attitude of the staff was very good, it took a while. Shuttle bus service: The hotel is located in a remote location, so you can only rely on shuttle buses to get into the city, but the number of buses is a little less. In addition, transportation suggestions from the train station to the hotel should be implemented in advance. The minivan from the train station cannot reach the hotel, so we spent 400,000 to charter a car alone.

I've been dreaming of coming to Laos ever since and finally it has come to fruition last Dec 2022 when we had the chance to visit this charming place in particular - Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage site and was the former Royal Capital of Laos. With its charming and unique blend of Laotian and French culture and an abundance of natural resources surrounding the city nothing could get better than this. Located on a peninsula between Mekong and Nam Khan river about 1000 m high, it has a cool and pleasant climate especially during the Winter months. And indeed we made the right decision by finally visiting this place. Upon checking which hotel to book there are so many options and locations to choose from - Riverside, Old Town, and Town Center. There were also plenty of affordable hotels to choose from which have Excellent reviews. Affordability is our next criteria when picking the place and luckily there is an offer that day in Agoda for Villa Mahasok which will only cost us 40 SGD per night with breakfast for a Superior room with King bed and Tub. Not to mention, this is just one of the 3 star hotels in town which offers a pool - a draw for us. So we booked it right away and lucky that we did it. As laid back and relaxing it could get Villa Mahasok is the perfect place to stay if you would like to experience a truly authentic Laotian experience. Located at the Town Center, it is 600 m away or about 10 mins walk from Luang Prabang Night Market and the Mekong River but we didn't mind walking around town because it's so charming, beautiful, relaxing and a very pleasant weather really completes the package. There is a never a spot in town where something or someone will surprise you especially for first timers like us. The town. First thing we observed upon entering the hotel lobby is to remove your footwear. There is a shoe compartment on the right side of the hotel entrance. Check-in is simple and easy, they just took my passport, scanned and off we go. The staff assisted us in carrying our bags and we passed through their idyllic open-air courtyard where the lap pool and pool sun loungers are located. There are outdoor seats and tables located at this spot as well ideal for having coffee, beer, reading and just chilling out. At the other side of the pool area there is a short stair made of red tiles which leads you to a couple of elevated rooms located out here facing the garden with a huge and lovely Lotus pond filled with Lotus, Water Lilies and lots of different plants and flower river species in a dazzling show of Green, Pink and White colours. There is also an open-air hammock with cushions for relaxing and resting on the other end of the pond. At the right side of the pond is the dining area where breakfast buffet is served. We booked a Superior Double room with Tub facing the garden from the 2nd floor. After the staff ushered us in he came back to give us a welcome drink of sweet and refreshing Dragon fruit juice which were reall

I have less evaluation of this hotel. I stayed for a week and introduced you to it. First of all, the hotel location is very good, between the Mekong River and Nankang River, there are major attractions such as the Royal Palace and Xiangtong Temple. The structure of the house is good. I don't know if it is a general rule here. The hotel is not like the domestic one. There are many types of rooms, even if the room type has a difference in pricing, there will be no difference. The decoration of the room is relatively refreshing, the room area is relatively compact, and the sanitary condition is good, but the quality of consumables such as toothbrush toilet paper used in the room is relatively low. The hot water in the shower is no problem, but the basin has no hot water. I don't know what other hotels are like. The attitude of the staff is good, and individual female employees see that the guests do not say hello and continue to look at the mobile phone. It seems that there is a lack of training. The Chinese communication at the front desk is not good, and the translation machine is barely coping. Fortunately, there are not many exchanges to live in the hotel. Breakfast is useless, the same every day. The first two days I lived on the same floor, Chinese families with children, too noisy and the door was closed. This strange hotel was a bit reluctant. By the way, I reminded tourists that they should also pay attention to their own image and jointly maintain public quietness. I didn't know what local activities were in the next two days, and it didn't quiet down until midnight. Overall, Luang Prabang's stay in the old town is mainly old houses and homestays. The location advantages and basic facilities of this hotel are OK, so the business is still good. There are also many other homestays nearby. The bus ticket from Luang Prabang to the train station is set from other homestays. 50,000 kip per person is more affordable. This hotel is contacted by the chartered car price of 300,000 kip. My feeling is that it can be considered average in terms of comprehensive cost performance. For your reference.

I am a solo traveler in my 50s. Most hotels in Laos are small-scale. The staff are very friendly. Kuang Si Falls join van reservation 100,000,000 kip I booked a new motorcycle rental for 250,000 kip per day at the hotel. This hotel has a semi-basement, so if you book a cheap room, there is a high chance of being booked in the semi-basement. Even just idling at the table in front of the hotel seems emotional. Breakfast is plain bread and coffee. The location is good, with many shops nearby and close to the Mekong River (1 minute walk). Hmong Ahi Market is also close by (5 minutes walk). There is also a Miniso nearby, but it doesn't have many items. I bought sunscreen and a band next to the Miniso pharmacy. Currency cannot be exchanged at the hotel. The room is not that clean by Korean standards. Some complaints are covered up by the kindness of the staff.^^ It seems like a lot of European travelers stay here. Overall, I am satisfied with the price.

The staff are wonderful. It is located one step away from the main street of Luang Prabang, and is in a very good location. The facilities are well-equipped, and the staff are attentive and take care of any inconveniences caused by the location of Luang Prabang. I stayed for 5 nights instead of 4, and the hotel staff took care of everything, including organizing tours around the area and arranging trains to my next destination. They also sell SIM cards, and even when I had trouble connecting, they kindly responded and solved the problem. If you come to Luang Prabang, we recommend this accommodation.

I didn’t take any photos specifically, so I can only attach a few random ones. I’m very satisfied with the hotel room. We are a family of five, including elderly and children, and the hotel has a car to pick us up at designated times. At 5:30 in the morning, the alms were delivered by the hotel car, which was full of sincerity. It was only after I checked in that I found out that the person in charge was Chinese. It was an unexpected surprise. I would also like to express my special thanks to Mr. Wang. I am very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Staying at this resort is the last stop of the Lao trip. I spent a very memorable two nights. We prefer it here compared to the hotel in the town. Room equipment: We live in a tent by the river. Pay attention to the zipper to prevent mosquitoes in and out, except for toothbrushes to the front desk. No phone, all contact depends on the resort's own app, other facilities are complete. Activities experience: Pay during your stay to experience kayaking, sunset cruises and massages. The kayaking experience is great, the guide is very professional and the scenery is beautiful along the way, a total of two hours, the price is 25$/person (excluding service fee); The sunset cruise is a long-tailed boat with guides and boatmen. There are no other tourists. The scenery along the way is quiet and beautiful, about 45 minutes, 18$/person, including a cocktail. We also experienced a boat by the Mekong River for 42$/person, which is different compared to each other. Dining: Vegetables are farmed by themselves, the price is reasonable, the taste is very good, Western and local cuisines are beyond expectations. Travel: The resort is close to the airport, ten minutes drive from the town, 20 minutes drive from the train station, there is a free tutu car transfer, the shift is not too much, there are also motorcycles to rent (of course the price is much higher than the town). In short, if you come to Luang Prabang next time, you will still choose here.

Surprisingly large hotel. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities you'd expect. I booked and arrived late but no problems checking in. A little way out of the old town but still within walking distance. Also good access to supermarkets and the airport. Very good value accommodation for Luang Prabang.

I stayed for 3 nights in a newly renovated triple room. Spacious and best bathroom facilities. Good value for money. Better hotel than the picture! ㅎㅎㅎ If you book for 3 nights or more, you will receive several coupons. Quang City Waterfall Tour (free for 50,000 people), 1 hour free massage, 1 free saffron coffee. No breakfast, so I went to the nearby breakfast market and ate rice porridge and noodles. Big noodle shop is very delicious in the morning market. After 35,000 servings, you can have breakfast at the nearby Myrao Home Garden, which is so cold in December morning that we don't recommend eating at the garden.
