They didn't speak English, so they thought I was a new guest because the room wasn't ready. They were able to make a reservation in the end, though. They should re-train the front desk staff. There is no refrigerator or safe in the room. If it's a high-ranking hotel, this should be the bare minimum. First of all, the breakfast is not tasty. There are few items. There are flies. There is no coffee. I was looking forward to it, so it's disappointing.
