"The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect."

Conveniently located: near bus stops, within walking distance of the supermarket migros and denner (it is worth considering that they close early enough), if you do not have time to shop, you can go to the minimarket at the gas station. "Good location in Paradiso which takes 20 minutes leisurely walk to centre of Lugano. Breakfast was great and outdoor swimming pool looked nice for summer. Room size was decent but no frills for room amenities, like no indoor slippers, no hair conditioner, no soap, etc. There is a parking under hotel which is shared with Ibis hotel and charged for everyday (23CHF?). We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our weekend break there."

"The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat. The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers."

"The accommodation is top notch in all areas. The only thing that irritated us a little at the beginning was the unattended reception. But the online check-in worked really well. We were able to get into our room at 2 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. As we wanted separate beds and these were only available in the higher category, we were simply ”upgraded”, simply top notch. The extra bed for our 5-year-old daughter was also super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the daily cleaning was great. We are and were simply delighted. We will definitely be back. "Luganodante definitely like you (us)! Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Room is clean and cosy. Had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant/bistro - flame grill - awesome service! The only regret was staying there for just one night, wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely choose to stay at Luganodante again if we are back. Thank you team! IMPORTANT TIP: please take the funicular - Lugano Città - from the Lugano Stazione to the hotel (just stop outside the hotel, very convenient). If feeling adventurous, proceed to enjoy the walk/hike down to the hotel from the station."
