Today, July 15, I made a reservation to go to the hotel with my 2 children aged 10 and 11 ; when they arrive, they tell me they have to pay as adults , whenever we travel, we reserve a double room to stay with them, What I feel bad is that after having collected and left the guarantee , they inform me about this , they call the hotel manager and I tell him that it is the first time in a hotel two children charge me as an adult , And he indicates “maybe in the other hotels he managed to pass unnoticed” which I think is a lack of respect to point out that we are hiding our children to get some kind of benefit . We could have stayed and paid whatever it is , but we left the hotel because the treatment of him was quite uncomfortable . It is a pity that landed chains hire low-trained managers in treating customers , I don't want to imagine how they treat their workers anymore !

Stayed here for business and the location is the strongest aspect, with a good staff team running the show. The parking is also free beneath the hotel; but overall it’s all a bit dated and limited. That’s probably fine as most folks passing through are business and industry types, who don’t need to be fussed over, but having some amenities that worked would make the experience more comfortable.
