Horrible experience.rooms not at all maintained..couldnt charge mobile phone as power socket was not working.bathroom soap dispensing was not working.
Food at the restaurant was good.

Had a very good stay in hotel Astoria. The room was clean and well maintained. Location was very nearby Railway station and quick to reach. The staff and booking support staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall would definitely recommend this place.

Location of the property is perfect given its proximity to meenakshi amman temple. But the rates is way too high as compared to the standards and size of the hotel & room respectively. I was getting in half the price in hotels much higher standards of this in madurai. This is the second time i’m feeling cheated. As per the rates we expect the standard also.

It was an excellent stay with delicious breakfast as a complimentary at affordable price. Services wre top notch. Close proximity to railway station, Meenakshi Amman temple and periyar bus stand. Pros: 1. Compact room 2. Delicious breakfast and Dinner 3. Excellent Service Cons: 1. Dim light in Bathroom

Wrong description of rooms
1. It is not 220/240sqft. They are very small with very small bathroom. Not worth for the price at all. 2. The entire property only has queen size bed, but it'll show king bed. Upon asking, they told we put like that but never recieved any complaints so it is okay. 3. Kitchen is average. 4. Parking problem
