Conrad Bahrain was lovely in terms of atmosphere, cuisine, service, workout room & sauna, and accommodations. The rooftop pool and restaurant are top notch. We were hesitant to book for a weekend as it is not on the beach. No worries about no beach this trip - we had an amazing time and we’re a bit more tan!

The staff at this hotel provided excellent customer service during my stay. Kayla and Nair at the front desk, as well as the bellman Saleh, were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When I arrived, Kayla greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions about the hotel's amenities. Nair, who was also at the front desk, was equally pleasant. He gave me great restaurant recommendations and printed out directions for me. Saleh, the bellman, promptly retrieved my bags and escorted me to my room, ensuring they were delivered safely. He had a friendly demeanor and was happy to provide any additional assistance I needed. Throughout my stay, the staff was attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They truly embodied excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the outstanding work of the reception and bellman staff. Kayla, Nair, and Saleh are assets to the hotel and made my visit exceptional. I look forward to staying here again.

I came to visit Sushisamba and I was attended by the concierge Salman he was really helpful and polite he made the experience very pleasant. Sushi Samba was exceptional. the atmosphere the food quality just everything. the hotel itself was nice. loved the views.
