Manila Hotels with Breakfast

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

This is my second time this year to check-in this hotel The hotel staff are very hospitable, accommodating and attentive to their customer's needs. I commend Don at the Front Desk who nicely and warmly grant our request that all four rooms I booked on behalf of the delegates be in the same floor. The rooms are all spacious. The breakfast is yummy. Looking forward when all renovations are done

Ok nman yung room at malinis, nagbook aq ng for triple room 3single beds or 1 double and 1 single bed, pero 2 double bed lng and late q nman nbasa n 2beds lng tlga available nila kc it's holiday mraming nkabook during this time, pero khit gnun ngyari sna 3 towels ang nilagay s room kaso pang 2 pax lng tlga and wla extra for the 3rd pax. And other thing to improve po yung buffet breakfast hindi worth it s binayad, ang konti ng choices, at 8am p lng wla ng refill, tapos ngsasabi kmi s mga crew pero prang wla din mgawa kc prang wla n tlga ilalabas, sana next time maimprove

The hotel is generally good, but the receptionist was quite disappointing. Her name is Cyril. I had booked a Deluxe room with a view of Manila Bay and paid online, so I expected my room to be secured as I have communicated with the hotel multiple times about it and even indicated my request upon booking. After traveling on a 22-hour flight to the Philippines from another country, I was excited to see my room facing Manila Bay. While I was busy with my three pieces of luggage talking to the bellman, another lady arrived as a walk-in guest. She went to the reception desk before me and booked a regular room. I overheard Cyril, the receptionist, upgrading this lady's room for free to a Deluxe room with a Manila Bay view. After Cyril handed the key card to that lady, I approached her and reminded her that I had paid online and booked a Deluxe room facing Manila Bay. To my surprise, she informed me that the last room intended for me had been given to the other lady. She didn’t apologize at all. Additionally, she overlooked my booking and only gave me a key for one night instead of the two nights I had reserved. Once again, she didn’t apologize. Throughout our interaction, she never smiled, was very unresponsive, and failed to make eye contact with me, which I found quite rude. She didn't offer to assist me or explain the breakfast arrangements or any basic hotel policies. I felt overwhelmed and cried in my room because I was exhausted from the long journey and felt I had been treated unfairly by Cyril. I hope the hotel takes the time to address this issue with the receptionist and provides her with proper training in hospitality, or she could become a negative asset for the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Café Ilang-Ilang, where their breakfast buffet truly stood out as one of the best I’ve had. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What made it even better was the bakery – I couldn’t resist trying some of their pastries, and they did not disappoint. The bakery alone is worth a visit! On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for great food and warm service.

Location is super convenient if you are planning your day around chinatown. Everything is a walking distance. A little hectic traffic but otherwise manageable. Hotel is nice and comfy. Staff were very friendly. My room was faving the church so i had a nice view as well. I slept comfortably. Aircon hot shower tv etc everything was working well.

Hotel was okay. Three night stay was comfortable enough but unfortunately, early check-in is not acceptable without additional fee even though you have the TRIP privilege. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall stay wasn’t that bad compared to other cheaper hotel nearby.

The hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.

Its a great stay and very convenient for near US embassy and very accommodating staff. Ill stay next time here if i have transaction near of this place .

It was a very good experience,my wife enjoy the facilities and the cleanliness in all areas particularly the facilities,amenities and our room.my wife was happy we both fully satisfied with the service. Thank you...
