We spent 2 weeks traveling around Sicily and this was our favorite B&B! The property is lovely with beautiful gardens. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. We liked the outside table and chairs and sat out there often. There was a distant sea view. We ate in their restaurant for breakfast and dinner. All was excellent. Everything is grown on the farm. The real stars of this B&B is the staff who were very helpful answering our requests, handling the laundry, cleaning our room and serving our meals. The location is off a main road and near other main roads but it is out in the country.

From some ready reviews I was alarmed but I can say I found a new hotel surely renovated personal very gentle rooms clean and clean all TV fridge bar WiFi air conditioned shower etc good breakfast the only small sin hot water x arrive takes a lot

Large hotel with huge car park and seems out of place in its location surrounded by mainly electrical shops Modern rooms that are well maintained but need more plug sockets for modern travelling (believe hotel is 30+ years old) Recently refurbished bathroom but small cubicle on the shower itself Lovely new linen and towels but curtains definitely need replacing and didn’t pull properly, didn’t meet in middle and several hooks missing Wi-Fi very good Staff were really polite and helpful Lots of students staying when we were and they definitely need more lifts and more modern lifts Corridors have the automatic lights which are very slow to react Breakfast was good with the best fresh orange juice we had in all of Sicily. Better than usual coffee from their machines, good choice of bread, cakes and pastries (too good as too many and ate lots), fresh fruit and yoghurt

We stayed at this resort for 8 days and we really had a great time here. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to help and accommodate you. The whole resort, including the room, is very clear and well kept. They really take pride in what they do and offer to their customers. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was sumptuous, especially the croissants with Pistachio cream (very delicious). We managed to also use the pool. It was spotless clean and we had a lovely time relaxing swimming and staying by the pool. They also gave us very good tips what to see and experience in the area. Thanks to their advice, we maximised on our Marsala experience and learnt more about this beautiful wine region. The service is very friendly yet professional. The new five-star Grand Hotel Palace is the ideal place for a vacation in a refined and luxurious Italian-Sicilian spirit. The hotel is in baroque and renaissance luxury of decadence style. The staff at the hotel are professional and simply dedicated to their guests from all over the world, from Denmark to the United States of America. The most delicious Italian wines and the best Marsali espresso coffee are served here. Breakfast at the hotel is buffet style. From Italian savory to the most delicious sweet specialties. Bartender Giovanni Lo Cascio is professional and diligent, he was at our service every second. The outdoor swimming pool in particular adorns the oasis of the old Palace Hotel. The water is warm and clean. At the pool there is a beautiful garden for aperitif services and a restaurant (food and meals). Be sure to try Gambere and a sandwich with tuna, salad and a special tomato. A white wine that smells like fresh lemon perfume, it's great. The service inside the hotel goes to the signature for the room. So everything is made easy for you. You don't have to carry personal documents and money, or bank cards and wonder if you'll ever lose them. Room are amazing and luxury. We will come back to this wonderful hotel again. Marsala is a historical place that you will enjoy to the maximum. You can visit the Marakaibo beach with an agreement at the hotel reception, which will organize a transfer for you within 15 minutes from and to the hotel with a 30% discount on sunbeds and umbrellas.
