Holiday Inn Hotels in Melbourne

Excellent service provided at reception. We were provided with Shaving Kits, Toothbrushes and Toothpaste. We were allowed to check-in early since we arrived on an early morning flight. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a buffet style breakfast including eggs cooked to order and a freshly squeezed vegetable/fruit juice from carrots, beetroot and green apple.

This is our third time to stay in Holiday Inn, which is very convenient for us as we don’t have to worry about rushing to the airport because the hotel is very close to the Melbourne Airport. Glad to see Amil again at the reception and really appreciate it that he kindly offered us a clean and tidy room when he noticed that my daughter was very sleepy due to the exhausting flight. He made our day👍Holiday Inn is very lucky to have staff like Amil who has been so warm hearted. Highly recommended this hotel and the staff like Amil makes it a place like home👍👍👍The breakfast is delicious too 😬

My experience at the Holiday Inn on Bourke Street, Melbourne was absolutely flawless. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city center, with Bourke Street Mall and tram stops right outside. It's within walking distance to Chinatown, the Royal Arcade, and the State Library, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and sightseeing. As a new establishment, all the facilities are brand new and spotless. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal is stable throughout. The front desk service is attentive and thoughtful, with Chinese-speaking staff available for seamless communication. The 24-hour luggage storage at the front desk is also a great convenience. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, and the gym is well-equipped. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing. It offers exceptional value for money for travelers and short-term stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Melbourne.

The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient for getting around. It's very close to the train station, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good facilities, and the staff provides excellent service.
