Overall, the hotel's location is fantastic, couldn't ask for better. It's incredibly close to the central train station, the river, and the city center. The only downside is the service, which is just average. They only make the bed and don't clean anything else. Plus, no complimentary water is provided in the room. The room itself is relatively new, and the environment is decent with no strange odors. On the other hand, there's basically no view from the window, and you can see into other rooms, which means zero privacy. So, you have to keep the blackout blinds drawn even during the day. This hotel is best suited for those who come back late to sleep and head out early in the morning.

Facilities: This is a new hotel with complete and well-maintained facilities. Nothing broke during my stay, so it was perfect.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was also quite good. Everything I could see was very neat and tidy. However, since we don't like people entering our room, we didn't request housekeeping services during our stay, so I can't comment on that aspect. But the first impression upon entering was good, and there were no unpleasant odors.
Environment: The environment was also good, with a simple and clean decor style that I personally liked. The only drawback was that there was no window, so ventilation wasn't particularly great, but we could still accept it.
Service: On the first day we arrived, a front desk staff member was downstairs to greet us, which was a pleasant surprise and very lucky timing. However, it seems this only happens when the upstairs front desk isn't busy, as I didn't see anyone downstairs the next day. But this didn't affect our experience.
Overall, my experience was very good, and breakfast was freshly made. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit.
