我們提前下兩天下訂單，然後到店被告知沒有房，到店時間已經過了可以免費退房的時間，然後老闆娘説給我們找新的住處，然後就找了一個小賓館，在app上根本找不到的那種，我們下的訂單是豪瑞188的三人房，老闆娘帶我們去的賓館是150的三人房，150元的三人房臟亂差（以下圖片），150的這個賓館還有那種一直看你的**男，最後我們就將就住了，38塊的差價老闆娘也沒有説補給我們。（我聽到豪瑞老闆娘和我們入住的賓館老闆説便宜一點，也就是説老闆娘所得到的差價更多，懂得都懂）。

衞生十分糟糕，床鋪上留有之前前客户吃的花生皮，和人體部位體毛。空調不製冷。

床單被套都不敢用，鋪了自己帶的一次性的，提供的玻璃水杯都是灰塵，唯一不錯的就是熱水很大，要不是很晚才到，第二天一早要過去老撾，我們是無法接受的。
