超級一般的體驗。作為w讓人很失望，感覺住了一個商務酒店。整體陳舊、隔音差。為了好一點的景色定了轉角房，結果到店説衹有4樓（最底層）、衹能看到對面的路口……
沒有任何服務、空調很差，半夜熱醒，第二天讓檢查、如果不能改善就給我換房間，結果一樣，沒有換房間、空調依舊制冷不好。

Overall a good stay. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The rooms could use a little upkeep as the wall paper in some areas was beginning to peel. The noise was pretty bad as well as our room was facing Brickell which is always busy and plenty of honking going on. There is nothing the hotel can do about that and after dark it gets a lot better.

The only complain I have is that the gym was closed, I think it should have been disclosed in description of the property. Everything else was perfect.
