Good morning cordially and for your information I want to tell you, that it has been my worst experience in a hotel in my life, the girls when we arrived yesterday around 7:30 pm were friendly, but the first room they gave us the AC was very noisy , the bathroom was unpleasant, the second room was not much better, it smelled smoke , the bathroom light was broken, we couldn't sleep all night, people banging, slapping doors, the lady with white hair this morning was Very rough and did not pay attention to my complaints, she only gave me a card with your email and told me that she had nothing to do with it, if I had to write a review of your hotel it would be 0. Have a good day.

The cost was not fully explained, they charge you for towels, and there is a charge for early check-in, we came back at “check in time” and received our key, the elevator was sketchy, the floors and carpet were heavily stained and dirty. The room looked clean, but the counter in the bathroom was falling off the wall and held up by a 2x4. The tub floor was losing its finish with rust coming through, the towel rack was full of rust as well. We did not stay, we booked another hotel and left. We were very disappointed, we were not expecting the ritz, but at least a decent place to stay the night. Im never one to leave a review but the reviews for this place, and its pictures did not present a proper depiction of this place. I would hope no one runs into the same situation we did.

The room was a stripped down box with old tile, carpet and bathroom. Still had broken jacuzzi in the room. 4 of 5 lightbulbs were burned out in the bathroom, the counter was barely hanging onto the wall and the ceiling looked like a patchwork quilt of repairs. There was a Kurig, with NO product (cups, coffee or tea). Only two towels. No hand towels, no tissue, no hairdryer. Housekeeping left two soaps and two conditioners, but no shampoo. Water was either ice cold or burning hot. No blanket on the bed. Asked for a blanket, but never received it. Heard another customer ask for a towel since his room didn't even have a towel. TV - no internet or cable supplied, so it was useless.

It is HORRIBLE. Upon check in we noticed the front door was hanging off the hinges. They literally had it propped open with a trash can. The entire hotel is disgusting! The carpet is sticky. We tried to cancel our reservation a month in advance since our shuttle service said they would not take us there. The hotel says they have a zero exception cancellation policy. Then said we should have thought about that before we booked. The rooms are dingy, stains all over the carpet and bedding. Our sheets had hair all over them. Mold and mildew growing badly in the bathroom. While we were checking in, two different people came down and tried to change their room because of how bad the mold was in their room. The toilet seat was broke off in our room and the vanity was busting away from the wall. Pay the extra $ and get a descent hotel. They should not be charging as much as they are for this room at night.

The smell of the dirty carpet and the burnt iron spot on carpet. Very unclean and not a safe area to stay and no wash cloths in room. I request another room but it was smelled so bad it was worse 😫 😩

I didn't like it at all, from the beginning that you arrive everything is already wrong, they made me give another deposit of 120 dollars that they never returned to me, I will never return

When we check in from hallway to room it was smelling very bad and inside the room it was very terrible smell bad and on the bed there was a cockroach so we came out immediately and talk to front desk they didn’t respond and said talk to ******* we working on that from two days no money back yet . I don’t know who is responsible for this because of them my VACATION was so bad

I couldn’t stay in that horrible room. I canceled the booking there and they refused to refund my payment. It was an horrible experience. Not good

Except from dirty and unpleasant rooms.. there were cockroaches around and there was not even a single towels in the room
