Air conditioning and mini fridge in room were both quite noisy. I unplugged the fridge to reduce the noise.

I’d give this staff 5 star rating but I feel so bad for them because they don’t understand what I am saying. I stayed here before a few times and usually it was ok considering the price. This time we stayed in a dirty room that made me and my kids unsafe. Shower tub had cigarette bits burned into the tub. Room smelled from **** and we had to put something under the floor so the **** wouldn’t smell even more. There was dogs barking all night and we had to put those sleeping sounds on YouTube so we can fall a sleep. Absolutely horrible experience!

This is one of the first hotels where I felt uncomfortable. The front desk service was average but the room felt unclean. The sheets were wrinkled and spotted with ink. It made me check for bedbugs because it seemed like the bed hadn’t been given much attention. The mattress pad pulled loose every night. The mattress was old and had a significant dip in it. The air/heat was challenging to control. The breakfast was sub-par unless you want to eat fake hard boiled eggs and everything with white flour and sugar. There were no healthy options, unless you count Activia yogurt. For the amount of money being charged, it was disappointing.

The hot tub was colder than the pool. The carpets haven’t been vacuumed in ages. There was no coffee at breakfast even though we asked twice. There was human feces on the carpet on the way to the pool. The bath tub was full of hair so I couldn’t bathe my toddlers. Our room phone didn’t work.

Rooms were filthy and pool was closed down (only reason we went there). You walk in to a rude front desk lady and the smell of cigarettes. The people you walk by warn you to leave. Vending machines were broken and people came out and told us about an unpleasantry that happened the previous night.

It was dingy it smelled, and the hallways were very dark although the staff was pretty nice and the continental breakfast was decent.

One of the beds had a metal piece sticking out the cut my girlfriends leg. There was black mold on the ceiling, and bathroom walls. The check in staff was less than friendly, actually somewhat ornery. This is the first LaQuinta that i have had a bad experience with.

Room smelled like puke, poop and cigarettes mixed. Over half of the outlets didn’t work. Breakfast was very limited.
