The good: The location is very good, and the floor to ceiling blinds are excellent. The room was really dark, which was great for sleeping. The bad: Cristina was not there when we arrived, so she walked us through the lockbox to get our keys. We got in and got into our room... But the room didn't lock. We went out to grab food and had to leave our room unlocked (although the apar**ent as a whole does lock). When we got back, we messaged her to ask if there was something we weren't understanding. She kept insisting that the door does lock. Finally, we noticed our key ring - the keys in the lockbox she directed us to - were in fact for the only other room. We even checked, and yes, the key turned in the other lock. No one was there at the time, thank goodness, although clearly the room was occupied. So yes, she gave us the keys to someone else's room and then did not give us the correct keys to lock our own room. She again walked us through the lockboxes - this time sending us to the right one - but honestly the whole situation was bizarre. This feels like an enormous safety issue. I would also note this is much more like an Airbnb, for all that it's listed on hotel platforms.

Cristina was an excellent host. Made sure I had everything I needed; explained all the ins-and-outs. The room was gorgeous; amazing bedding, pillows, mattress. Slept so well! Ceiling to floor window came with an electronic shade that worked perfectly. Lovely toiletries. Lovely design sensibility throughout.

Cristina went above and beyond and helped me with my laundry since the ********** listing mentioned it as an amenity though the room did not come with it. Great location in a hip part of Milan and possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Thank you again.

Very well situated for me. Near Navigli area. It has got a garage. Hostess Christina was very friendly and helpful. The place has got the garage, another great thing in this area. Breakfast was always nice. I travel a lot but I have never tried this showroom concept. In fact i liked it a lot. There is a lit of “Made in Italy” that one can take back home. Thank you very much for a great stay! All the best in your business! Would recommend and cone back;)

The owner is very friendly and although he is not always there, he responds immediately when I send a chat, so I didn't have any trouble communicating with him. The room is very spacious and clean, and you can use the kitchen and coffee maker, as well as olive oil and salt. Conveniently located near the station. It's a wonderful room where you can feel like you're living in an apar**ent! It gets lots of sunlight from the large windows.
The biggest drawback is that it takes a lot of skill and strength to open the lock. I finally got the hang of it on the fourth day, but I can't open it unless both hands are free. I'm really glad my flight didn't arrive late at night, I would have been at a loss because I couldn't get in.
I felt that the breakfast should have been based on other people's reviews. I was expecting breakfast at a hotel, so it was pretty simple. If you don't ask, you won't get butter or anything you want. Drinks other than coffee and tea are charged. If you have time, they offer juice and cookies in a lovely garden, so be sure to go there.
I have a dishwasher and washing machine, but there are no instructions on how to use them, so I wish I had such important materials instead of unnecessary books.
I had some trouble, but the owner was very flexible. This is a very nice room for those who want to experience local life!

Ho soggiornato per una notte con mio marito e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sebbene sia dietro la stazione di porta Genova è molto silenzioso. Arredato molto bene, pulitissimo, moderno e ha tutti i confort anche per chi usa la cucina. Ci sono anche le ciabattine e un ricarica cellulare da appoggio su ogni comodino (mai trovato, neanche nei 5 stelle). È a 2 minuti di orologio dalla metro. Per chi non prenota la colazione, Cristina da ottimi suggerimenti, come la pasticceria Clivati a 5 minuti a piedi: super!!! Cristina è gentilissima, disponibile e professionale. Ci ha lasciato il garage (lo prenoti a pagamento) anche oltre l’orario di check out perché non era stato prenotato dagli altri ospiti. Lì vicino ci sono musei, negozi, locali (bella la zona dei navigli e a un minuto c’è il Bobino per ape e post cena, si balla) e raggiungi in 23 minuti a piedi il castello sforzesco. Comunque con la metro si raggiunge tutto il centro in pochi minuti. Lo consiglio vivamente
