Enjoyed great views, great food and relaxing public bath. Shuttle to train station is a great bonus. The futon beds were very comfortable.

Good: very beautiful room, public bath (open air in tranquil forest setting). Super clean. Modern toilet with all the toiletries. Only problem is the storage luggage is not allowed after checkout. Something to note for travellers. Locker at station is 1000 yen for large size.

The room environment was good, and the hot spring facilities were also nice. The quality of breakfast and dinner was quite good. However, the most inconsiderate and unhelpful service was the 10 AM checkout. The hotel has a coffee shop on the first floor, but it was closed for use from 10 AM onwards. After checking out, our private car hadn't arrived yet, so we had no choice but to sit on hard, backless benches in the lobby, waiting for over an hour. It was extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is decent; it's about a 10-minute walk from Amanohashidate Station, and there's also a free shuttle service to and from the station, though we took a taxi. The rooms are quite nice and pretty; I'd recommend booking a Western-style room with a terrace. Dinner was also delicious. The downsides are that the Japanese-style beds and futons were very uncomfortable. Also, check-out is at 10:00 AM, but the lounge area by the entrance closes at 10:00 AM and doesn't reopen until 3:00 PM. This means early arrivals or those who have checked out with nowhere to go have no place to rest, which isn't very reasonable.

Excellent experience. The hotel facilities were clean, and the dinner and breakfast included in the stay were delicious.

Room is big. Options available for private open bath. Hotel staff are friendly and they are able to converse in English. Location is slightly off the train station however the hotel offers pick up services. Recommended for those that would like to spend time around amanohashidate for 1-2 days. Dinner options are recommended as most restaurants around the area closes by 5pm

The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the Amanohashidate View Land cable car station. Every dish served here is exquisitely prepared; you can really tell the chef puts a lot of thought into their work. If you're visiting Amanohashidate, both the location and the dining experience at this hotel are excellent. Overall, it was a great stay.

Friendly staff and great room with view of the sea. Better to book with dinner as the area’s restaurants are limited and closes early at around 6pm.

Fantastic Hotel, private onsen in the room was clean and safe. The room itself was extremely cozy. The location is abit far from the station but they do provide transport in the morning.

The room was incredibly spacious. Its proximity to the train station was super convenient, especially since we were taking the Truffle train and arrived back at the hotel late at night. The hotel dinner was just okay, but the room itself was huge and came with a private hot spring and a massage chair. However, we did get a bit of a fright because there were some insects on the floor.

Everything was perfect, very satisfied.
