This is the worst service I have ever experienced in a five-star hotel in the world. First of all, the hotel is still under construction, and the balcony of the room assigned on the day of check-in faces a messy construction site. No tourist coming for vacation will be willing to stay in such a room. Secondly, the front desk service was very perfunctory and slow. When we asked to change rooms that day, we were told that there were no rooms. They promised that they would arrange other pool rooms for us the next day, but when we returned to the hotel the next night, the front desk said they had no idea. Qing made us wait for 20 minutes and then the front desk manager called us. At first, he still said there was no room. After 10 minutes of negotiation, he reluctantly changed to a room facing the swimming pool, and his attitude was very average. Thirdly, the hotel breakfast is not good. It is basically the same every day and the variety is not rich. The taste is average. Finally, the hotel's swimming pool is good, but the beach is not at all good, and a small part of the beach is only black mud. I will not choose this hotel again next time. Although the resort/hotel is clearly still under construction, the areas that are currently open to guests are beautiful. The Harvest restaurant has great staff and food, Jella and Asinate were notable in their hospitality service. Thank you.

A power outage at night kept my wife and our 5-month-old awake as it was too hot for him to sleep, there was no water the next day morning. There was no activity in the hotel, the construction noise was sometimes annoying. The staff are nice people, like most Fijians and always happy to help. Breakfast has a good variety.

Nice hotel but very noisy as there are construction on both sides of the hotel. During my stay, there is planned power outage which means no air conditioning for several hours at night. Unable to enjoy/relax by the pool side as there are constant noise from construction work and grounds maintenance.
