就像我給的評價，其他都打了五分，唯獨設施打了四分，是因為整間房子里居然衹有兩條毛巾！正常兩個人入住，兩條毛巾（還是短毛巾）無論如何是不夠的，希望在這方面能改進。

這是我住過最差的公寓式酒店！沒有一點服務意識！由於是公寓酒店，入住時要通過微信小程序辦理，但他們程序有問題，讓我在21樓房間門口站了半個多小時，才給我弄好開房門！期間還告訴我他比較忙，一直叫我等！大熱天的，過道里非常熱，叫客户站了這麼久，不知道優先處理嗎！第二天續住後，下午1點28分叫他打掃房間，晚上回去後竟沒打掃房間！還説是我的問題，讓我早點説，説前面阿姨下班了！真逗比，住了這麼多酒店，第一次碰到這麼無語的！有臉説是我的問題，我也有責任…

垃圾酒店，垃圾服務！有投影，但是沒有會員，看不了電影，而且投影也不清晰，等於就是個擺設！搞個毛線！第二天續住，下午一點多，説了叫打掃衞生，也沒打掃衞生，還説是我的責任，沒見過這麼愚蠢的服務！你沒打少衞生，道歉不會嗎，你怎麼有臉説是我的責任，我是沒明確告訴你，要打掃衞生嗎！
