High CP value, tidy and clean, just a bit far from public transportations. But it should not be a problem if you drive.

The content was slightly different from the reviews. The room was hot, the key was stuck in the door, and the light was on, so I was a little scared that someone might be there. I sent an email to that effect, but there was no reply. There was no water, but there were cup noodles. Not sure if it's free. Netflix is not a TV you can watch. The walls are also thin.
There was a parking lot and the price was cheap, so that was acceptable.
The good thing about it was that it was cheap and I didn't have to meet other people.
I still want to use it.

I used it for the first time on a family trip.
Although it was a midsummer day, the air conditioner had been turned on before we arrived, which was helpful as it felt cool once we entered.
The room was spacious and easy to use, and it was close to Nara Park, so we were able to take a walk after dinner.
I would like to use it again when I go to Nara.
