Very warm and friendly staff, Clean rooms and well maintained ,Amazing food and service. 5 stars to your amazing Chef and kitchen staff who gave me free black coffee at peak breakfast buffet time.I will definitely recommend it to people travelling with family. Dr. Wassim from Kuwait

What can I say, our stay has been poor from beginning to end (I intended staying 2-3 nights but only stayed 1). Any promises they make won't be kept as one person says one thing and the next says something completely different. The only thing this hotel has going for it is that it's relatively clean otherwise it would be worthy of 0 stars. Having said that there are glaring issues in the rooms in regards to paint coming off the walls, missing fixtures, extension leads not working etc. I would never return here due to the service I have received.
