The hotel decor is beautiful, most of the staff was very friendly & helpful. My biggest complain is the dog relief area is so tiny anything other than a yorkie can’t pee on it. For your dog to be able to poop you beed to get in your car and drive 2 minutes to Centennial park. The location of the hotel is good around 5 min drive to all the bard in Broadway, near restaurants & the University. The rooms are big a comfy, the bathrobes are great quality, the shower water gets very hot and steamy. The pool area looks very nice and well kept.

Hotel as such is nice, rather new and modern. A few things made it a bummer for us. Firstly, the ventilation in all the bathrooms of the bedrooms are operating 7/24. Never stop and you hear that sound all night. For us that meant not sleeping well at all. Of course, we talked to the staff. They said that many people complain about that. And that it is the unfortunately the design of this place and they wished it was different, but nothing can be done. Secondly, when we checked in as gold members, we were told that we would get a credit for consumption for 15 USD/p.p. per day and it would not matter whether we use it on the arrival day and the 2nd day or the second day and the departure day. On the departure day the bill didn’t show the credit and when we asked for it, they said that they had forgotten to deduct it. And would only do it for the one day. They were pretty unfriendly, too. Altogether, whilst the hotel seems nice, modern and (relatively) clean, we felt it was a bit of a ripoff. The double espresso for breakfast was ca 9 USD by the way.

Had an amazing stay at the Fraye. It’s a short drive from Broadway. Hotel was clean and facilities well kept. Hotel staff was very friendly and Katie at valet was helpful and offered great local eating recommendations. Would definitely stay here again

The staff is so nice, the vallet attendant was so nice her name is Katie. I needed something from my car and she was very accommodating. About a 30 minute walk to Broadway st. Where all the fun is. Love the pool area! The rooms are so pretty. We had a great time!

My experience started with the valet service. The gentleman was wonderful. His name was Isaac, and he greeted me with a great smile and a lot of courtesy and respect for my luggage and my wife. He set the tone for another good experience as we checked in. respectfully, Gary

Katie and Grace in valet are such a pleasure!! From the staff upfront to the rooftop bartenders everyone was so kind!! We really enjoyed staying here and definitely will return!! Beautiful rooms, AWESOME SHOWER, comfy beds and pillows!! You CANNOT go wrong staying here!!!!

The entrance is amazing! The lobby has such a instagramable set up! Front receptionist were so helpful. Quick and easy drive to downtown with great views of the city. Katie, the valet lady was so sweet and quick! I love this place. I would definitely recommend!
