Arrived early (noon) and was told my room was not ready and that check-in is at 16:00-totally understood that. Asked for call back when room is ready. Called back at 1400 and lady at counter sounded irritated that I was checking. Was told that she would call me when it was ready. Ok, waiting and heard nothing so showed up at 15:30 to find new person behind counter and that my room was ready, but the new guy had received no info on calling me when the room is ready.
Maybe I shouldn't have been irritated with this encounter, but I must say that I have stayed in thousands of hotels over the course of a lifetime , and I have never seen such shody customer service.
Besides that, the hotel seemed run down and my room was not totally cleaned properly.
Would not normally complain, but the lack of customer service irritated me.
