The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and new. It has a swimming pool and a mini academy. As highlights I have the reception service that was great from the beginning. Location also very good, next to the balsa, near the center. The price is also consistent with what it offers, so it has a great cost x benefit. The air worked perfectly, the shower was wonderful, heated fast and has very good vacuum, the bath was excellent.However, the beds could improve ... I found the bed a little hard, a little fast in the time of sleep. The hotel restaurant is also very good, it has good dishes and a variety of good. Breakfast is also tasty but nothing exceptional, I missed a little more varieties. The hotel was the most frustrated by the breakfast, and it was served until 10:00, but the officials are already starting to take away everything. 10:05 the table is empty, no food option. On one day we arrived at 9:50 to drink coffee, it gave time to serve only 1 dish and only, we were hungry because we couldn't repeat it. The hotel does not honor reservations guaranteed by advance payment. It happened on Jan 9, 2020, with a prepaid reservation. The reception first claimed that my reservation had been cancelled, then that my reservation ”was” in another hotel of their network, in another town near Itajaí, and that they didn’t have any apartment available in the Itajaí unit. Soon after another guest checked in, and the reception claimed he was a guest ”of a company”. Then the commercial manager by phone claimed that a cruise ship did not dock, they were overbooked, and had ”relocated” me to another hotel in another city. After all, they had some apartments booked ”for companies” and almost an hour later, given my threat to notify the competent authorities, I ended up being accommodated - for the last time of course - in this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel to go to Beto Carreiro: new room, breakfast and very good dinner (but only breakfast was included in the daily). We are in front of the port, walking in the ”centre” of the hotel. The children love to stay watching the port operation, which is 24x7. However, it is a little noise in the room, because of the sirens (which make noise equal to the truck's re). The pool is covered and heated, so it is good to enjoy in the cold: another one is that you need to pick up and return the towels at the reception, which is not very pleasant.

We arrived at the hotel to check in and the hotel informed that the letter had been refused and the booking was not charged. The hotel is well located (1 block from beach and lot of restaurants and stores walking distance), but the hotel is old and the installations are not functional. Parking lot is one block distance, having some impact if you are planning to use your car regularly. In general, I personally do not recommend this hotel.

The room is very spacious. Linen, towels and tools very clean. All very clean and clean. Perfect decoration. Most gentle, careful and educated staff. Most good and organized breakfast.

We stay in a large room, two adults and four children. All perfect! near the Beto Carrero Park, but we move from Uber pq access by the road. But it's going to walk (no children). Note 10 for the hostel.

Another great stay at the Ibis, clean, comfortable rooms, super breakfast buffet, friendly staff everywhere, especially Marcel & Bruno(the ugly one of the two.. Now he knows which one!) to the director, compliments with your team and property, they do you proud. Oh, almost forgot, great location and guys from parking garage so helpful, just give the keys and they do the rest.
