We checked-in to two dorms (Room No. 102 and 203). The dorm was filled with mosquitoes. We raised complaints on the app, there was no response from the property manager. Disgusted! We decided to check-out. At reception, we shared our grievance but all the receptionist said was "Okay. Bye." That's GoStops Customer Service, new lows indeed. I have been staying in this property since 2018. Now, it disheartens me to see that they can't even provide a clean and insects-free dorm to their guests. Also, the zero help from the hotel staff was very disappointing.
