"I specifically chose this hotel for a layover during a business trip, and my experience was outstanding. Its location is a major plus, making airport transfers convenient and efficient; the shuttle service was even faster than a taxi. The room layout was well-designed, and the hygiene standards were high, with all the necessary amenities for both relaxation and work. The service team was professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. AMG left the deepest impression with their exceptional professionalism. Breakfast was ample and available early enough to accommodate those with early departures. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for business travelers and airport transits. I truly recommend it."

"The facilities, hygiene, and environment all deserve five stars. The reason for the low rating is primarily due to the issue pictured in image eight and service problems. The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the room itself is well-designed. I'm quite sensitive to smells, and even though it was a windowless room, there was no strange odor, and the air felt fresh and not stuffy, which I really appreciated. The height of the vanity table was also perfect for applying makeup. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the extra-large TV was fantastic to watch, plus it came with VIP access. All the advantages mentioned above are due to the hotel's hardware facilities. The service was a bit chaotic, but if it were just a minor service issue, I would have overlooked it and given a high rating because of the excellent hardware. However, the main problem is the safety and privacy issue shown in image eight. Around 2 PM, I was about to take a shower when suddenly my room door was opened by someone using a key card without any warning. It was a stranger, who claimed to be a maintenance worker there to fix the curtains, saying he didn't know there was a guest inside. I don't know how your hotel's internal communication works, but why can a maintenance worker just swipe a key card and enter? I consider this a serious mistake. If I had been a bit faster, I might have been naked in front of a strange man. I've stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I've encountered something like this – it's outrageous!"

"On a business trip to Wuhan, I blindly chose this Yizhi Hotel. As soon as I walked in, the front desk lady (Yang Yan) greeted me warmly and proactively. Her smile was incredibly infectious, instantly sweeping away the fatigue from my journey. Check-in was super fast, and she even offered local sightseeing recommendations. Throughout my stay, any needs or questions I had were promptly addressed and resolved; the attention to detail was exceptional. The lobby has a self-service tea and coffee bar, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were great. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic! This kind of professional yet warm service, along with the thoughtful and detailed amenities for guests, truly made my business trip feel so much more enjoyable. I definitely have to give a big shout-out to the lady and the hotel! Next time I'm in Wuhan, Yizhi will be my go-to. Highly recommend!"

The large circular mirror in the bathroom with its own lighting is perfect for putting on makeup. They even provide a humidifier, which is a lifesaver with the air conditioning in Wuhan's summer. These seemingly small touches truly make a difference to the stay."

The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hot water was plentiful and reliable. "Danlai Hotel in Wuhan was the most comfortable stop on my trip. It's a hotel that truly 'understands' travelers, offering cozy bedding, pristine white towels, and soft sofas. Danlai is also a 'refined' hotel, with Aveda Ylang-Ylang shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, and an essential oil fragrance filling the room. It's a 'thoughtful' hotel too, providing black tea, green tea, coffee, and eye masks, plus a reading nook in the lobby. The staff at Danlai are incredibly warm; the front desk attendant was kind and enthusiastic, and the staff member who brought slippers was meticulous and gentle. Ms. Jiali, who assisted us, was as lovely as her name suggests, with a radiant smile and excellent service – definitely a 100-point experience. Danlai genuinely cares for every traveler, making it a highly recommended hotel."
