"On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

Its location is central to all attractions, yet not directly on a main road, making it very convenient – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The breakfast was decent, and both the front desk and room service were excellent. The room's air conditioning is a central system, so the temperature (hot/cold) couldn't be adjusted. With Xining being a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, it was actually warmer with the AC turned off these past few days."

"The rooms are new and the facilities are good, but the hotel is a bit like a maze, and it's easy to get lost. The hotel service is excellent, with afternoon tea and late-night snacks, and the breakfast is also good. It makes us want to check for Meihau hotels first when we travel. The only downside is that there's no parking lot. Since the hotel is just across the street from Mojia Street, the night market is right downstairs! The whole house was clean and refreshing, the walls were clean, the bathroom was clean, the water heater was stable, and the hot water came quickly. The window is facing the greening of the community, and the environment is quiet and not noisy. Complete supporting facilities. It is convenient to eat at the door and there is everything in the snack street.
