"The location is undeniably lively and perfect for first-time visitors to Japan or Osaka. It's super convenient for transport, with popular spots like Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, eateries, and izakayas in the vicinity. The hotel front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are mostly Southeast Asian, and they can communicate in both Japanese and English. Overall, the facilities and environment were fine during our three-night stay, but the cleaning service was unlike anything I've encountered in Japan before. There wasn't a magnetic 'please clean' sign to put on the door for room service or linen changes. I had to go to the front desk to specifically ask for cleaning, and they replied that they just replace towels and empty bins daily at 11 AM. And that's exactly what happened – there was no further cleaning, and the bedspread wasn't tidied. This is something I really wasn't happy with."

"Our family of four stayed at this new hotel, and right from the moment we checked in at the front desk, we were met with incredibly friendly service. The staff even offered the kids a gashapon capsule toy and provided a map with information on nearby attractions and transportation. The complimentary amenities near the front desk were varied and very practical. The room was spacious, and since the hotel is newly opened, all the facilities were brand new. My family members raved about their experience at the public bath! Highly recommended! There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, drugstores, and even a large toy store nearby – it’s fantastic. Plus, it’s super close to the subway station. If we ever visit Osaka again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel!"

"The location was the strong point of the hotel, close to everything and just a few minutes from the metro station.The room was also unwanted and was spacious, air-conditioned and clean. The hotel's service left new towels on the door every day, which was a pleasant surprise, because we didn't expect at the time. The only question we could raise was the absence of any cooking tool: although I had a furnace, a pillow, a microwave and a freezer, I had no way to make food because I had no cutters, panels or dishes. For us, it doesn't make much sense because the room has a kitchen that could be used at the departure."

"The service was very excellent! Room was simple enough for travellers who will be out and about for most parts of the day! It's conveniently located near Shinsekai area, with many izakayas you can choose from. Walking to popular destinations like tsutenkaku tower and tennoji zoo is possible! The walk from the subway was also very short (about 5 minutes)! However, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of heavy smokers! If you are sensitive to tobacco smoke, please be aware of this! This area also does not seem to be very family friendly so be aware if you are travelling with kids! The room is also too small to lay out two medium luggages unless you do it by the toilet! The toilet is also kind of narrow, which may be inconvenient for the elderly! Otherwise, I think the hotel is a great and cheap option!"

"Getting here from Kansai Airport is super convenient, it's a really well-connected location with subway access everywhere. The room was quiet, and there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. You can walk to Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Namba Parks, and other core Osaka shopping districts. The hotel feels quite new, though opening my 28-inch suitcase blocked the pathway a bit. Breakfast is on the first floor – it's a frozen bento box, limited to one per person, and you heat it up yourself in the microwave. If that's not your style, you can always grab something from a nearby supermarket. Given the price in Osaka, it's understandable. Self check-in and check-out were quick and easy."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, close to an exit. Overall, the accommodation is decent. It has most of the essential amenities. You can pick up sleepwear near the elevator. Luggage storage is available, and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity."

"The room is very small. Once you put your luggage in, there's no room to move around. There's no convenient place for women to tidy up their appearance. Also, the room is very dark, with the lights shining in strange places. The full-length mirror is completely dark. In short, apart from the convenient location, there are many things that need improvement!"

"Seeing the tenant's comments, I just went to Osaka to travel, chose this homestay, the three rooms are really good, the new comfortable and clean, the surrounding is very quiet, there is a roast meat shop 5 minutes walk, the photo forgot to take, but the popularity is very strong, it is said that many celebrities have eaten; This homestay also has a bicycle for the tenant to use, too intimate, recommended to three or five friends or family outing friends!"

"Very near the train line that goes to Namba, Dotonbori, Umeda. Short walk to Mega Don Q and Shinsekai too. Room is not huge but is not tiny either, room is very cozy and the reception people are very friendly. Have water dispenser and microwave oven at the lobby for use. I would consider coming back. We got the room at a very very price as we booked a day before."

"This is a wonderful hotel in the center of Osaka, conveniently located right next to the subway. The self check-in process was smooth, and the lobby offers essential items like pajamas, soap, and more. You can also store your luggage there independently. The room was excellent and comfortable. The separate bath and toilet were a nice touch, and the convenient mirror and sink, also separate from the bath and toilet, made getting ready in the morning much easier. The room was quiet; occasionally, we could hear staff starting to clean rooms in the morning, but it never woke us up. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens. The hotel breakfasts were frozen but perfectly edible. We approached the staff a couple of times, and they resolved everything immediately. I highly recommend this hotel!"
