"Going to the water park, the park is not big, but it is suitable for a few years old. The room is general, the surrounding food and shopping is convenient, there is a small Ole."
"Great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Beautiful hotel and right beside the Incline Railcar to make it super easy and fast to get down to Table Rock and the Falls. Hotel is decent and very clean. Staff is helpful and amazing. Worth the stay at this 3 star hotel. Just be sure to bring your own slippers to avoid having to walk on the carpeted floor. Also if you're a robe person bring your own as well. All in all worth the fact close to the ****** and lots of things to do and eat. Really good fallsview as well."
"Great location! Very nice Fallsview from the river site room. Very comfortable beds and nice, thick towels.
The only complaint I have about the parking, which quite far away from the hotel and very expensive (about $54 with the taxes). I would suggest to unload the luggage and drive the underground public parking, which is the same distance as Marriott'S parking but, costs $20 cheaper."
"We loved it, the heart shaped jetted tub was perfect after a day of walking and site seeing. The jr. Suite we had was clean, plenty oh towels, and the smalll electrical fire place was the perfect touch. We will definitely book another stay next year, and possibly take advantage of the bbq area and the swimming pool."

"It is farther than I thought, and the city bus that stops in front of the hotel is convenient, but the departure and arrival situation of the city bus is not linked with Google and was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The interior of the hotel is normal and clean. The lighting is a little dark. Children are overjoyed in the playroom and pool. The staff were very kind as they also gave me vouchers at the arcade. There is a washing machine, but some rooms have to pass through the cabana. There was a group that made a noise until late at night in the cabana, and it was uncomfortable because it was okay to speak with the child."
"The view was amazing and the room was so spacious and comfy. The breakfast room is a must if you stay here. We paid extra at hotel for breakfast meal set CAD 35 each. (No buffet option)"
"The cruise boarding point is 2 kilometers away, which isn't particularly convenient. However, the direct view of the waterfall and a rainbow from the window more than makes up for it. We were also able to watch the fireworks directly from our hotel room."
"Great location and good value for the money. The staff are friendly. The room layout and furniture are a bit outdated. The newly renovated bathroom is great. However, the parking fee ($45+tax per day) is quite expensive."
"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch.
My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking."

Very Good
AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location: just a 5-minute walk from the WEGO bus stop for the scenic area, it offers fantastic views of the Three Waterfalls and evening fireworks. Plus, it's right next to a bustling commercial street with plenty of entertainment and dining options. The 11th-floor restaurant provides a lovely ambiance for breakfast, especially from its window seats, and the meal selection is quite extensive.
JJustincThe hotel feels old but the views of Niagara Falls are really great! Was given a horseshoe view room at first which I didn’t quite like it and the staff didn’t validate the card properly and we couldn’t enter the room. The room lock is also abit faulty. Was given the option to upgrade the room for $150CAD a night for the Canadian and US falls view which was wonderful. Really enjoyed the room. The shower was hard to use. The breakfast was quite bad also.
GGuest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.
GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel with trips.com, when I tried to check in they said there’s no reservation for me even though I showed them the confirmation number, they said trips.com didn’t send the confirmation to them, and I need to contact them myself. I asked them to borrow the phone so I can call because my phone is prepaid, and they said their phone doesn’t work to call outside, believe it or not, and they couldn’t help at all, so I contacted trips.com through live chat, the rep was so helpful, she contacted the hotel directly and was able to sort out the issue, then the guy from the hotel said he gone above and beyond to help me and he’s not supposed to. I found that’s funny because he didn’t help me at all from the beginning until trips contacted them. So I told him I was not satisfied with how he handled the problem initially, then he apologized, but not sincere you can tell by his tone of voice.
In terms of the hotel, it only has 2 floors, the 1st floor is kind of in the basement, the carpet is very old, but the room is clean. The heater wasn’t turned on, the room was cold when we arrived. The heating system and the washroom fan were very loud, so we have to turn off the heat in order for us to be able to sleep.
GGuest UserThe hotel needs huge improvement. The room had furniture that is old and pretty stained fabric. The water had to run for at least 20 min before you get warm water.
The list is long but the worst of all is $25 dollars parking per day that you charge on the top of the
charge for the room. Being there for three days I saw parking as low as $5 per day..I will never go back nor recomend this place to any of my friends
CChi LeungThe hotel is located in Niagara, about a 10-minute drive from Niagara Falls. The price is cheaper than the city center, and the room is very large and can accommodate 4 adults. The service is good and the room is clean. You can consider staying here.
TTati11We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
GGuest UserOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.
