1.臨近馬路，一晚上吵的睡不着 2.不存在二室，就是樓梯拐角處放一張床3.投影設備很差看不清楚4.衞生條件一般，湊合著住

第一次入住南灣酒店，感覺蠻不錯的，房間挺乾淨整潔，床上用品都是乳膠的舒適度很高，衞生間是乾濕分離的這點很不錯，水壓也很大，這個酒店是小區裏面，房間蠻新的，酒店傍邊就有3個地鐵站，2號線5號線，坐地鐵去機場就3個站，坐地鐵去高鐵也近，值得推薦

房間整體不錯，1樓有洗衣機和廚房，比較方便，2樓2個房間，大房間很好，小房間有點差強人意了，硬板床，睡得不舒服，而且床單拉起來牀板發黴，2樓也有洗手間，味道特別重，第一天入住的時候，馬桶蓋上還有尿嘖，着實有點噁心了，一般都是我們都是去1樓上廁所的，總體來説還行吧～
