great hotel with great gym, pool and spa facilities, all the staff are very polite and professional, the hotel is kept very clean. the hotel is very busy at all times so i would recommend booking a table if you intend to eat there, it is especially busy on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday when they have an excellent buffet for 40 euros each, lots of children attend the Friday one, and stay over with families, but all three nights are busy. also lots of conference's held at hotel, car park is another thing that fills every night, even the overflow one. shows how good a hotel this is.

The hotel is easy to reach by car. They have standard rooms but also apartments. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. A special thank you to the cleaning staff. The parking lot is big. You can access it any time thanks to your room key.

The second time I stayed at this hotel, I was still very satisfied. It was very convenient to catch the early flight from the airport. All facilities were available. The room was cleaned and a bottle of pure water was sent!

I was not marked, very sympathetic and they accepted the stay still morning. When I arrived at night four was without heating and the air conditioning is not activated, I went to the reception and said to roll the central heating manipulation to the maximum. I was given a portable heating device, and the central heating was already working in the morning. The beds, seem to be going to start from so swallowing at any time, and they should put a plasticized bed protector that makes us sweating all night, now hot/cool turned constipation. I reported the situation of the bath beds that they said they would solve but nothing was done: the bathroom is small for three people, with the garden shower protected, which makes the floor full of water. The best is even breakfast that, although it is not very varied, is good.

Lovely location , secluded from the city and a perfect getaway from reality to get in touch with who you are. The Cinq Mondes Spa provides some elevating body massages and then hiking through the Sonian Forest in the morning was absolutely amazing and breathtaking

BEWARE of trip.com! I booked this accommodation for €67. When I got to the hotel they charged me €60 and told me that I was not going to get an extra charge. After this I had to take the trouble to get trip.com to refund my money and to my surprise they returned the €60 that I paid at the hotel, and not the €67 of the reservation when the hotel told me that I was not leaving to get no charge.
