Crystal Nongkhai Hotel Reviews

I was very disappointed with this hotel, the water in the shower is not hot enough, there is no possibility of getting a phone answer from the reception, most of the channels on the TV are not available at all and all the other channels are only local Thai channels, in addition the remotes do not function, not even a single movie channel, old air conditioners that respond very slowly, the coffee corner is very poor with no tea bags at all. The coffee shop downstairs is the only positive thing I found in this entire hotel !!! 😒🙄😥

The bathroom smelled awful, and being on the first floor, it was incredibly noisy. The hotel also didn't have a restaurant, which wasn't mentioned on their website, and they didn't even offer coffee to guests.

Location is a bit off the beaten path but has ample parking. Air con was cold and heater was hot. Room is clean and towels folded like a fan. No kettle in the room but has hot water at the reception. Shower head in a lousy direction got my floor rug all wet. Room is big and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows nice too.

Only bad smell in room

This is my 2nd time booking this hotel … the location is good

Conveniently located accommodation

The price and accommodation are reasonable. It's a bit cramped, but at this price, it's okay.

The hotel is in a very good location. The bed is soft. But the bathroom door of the room I got was broken. The bathroom was not very clean.

Clean room/near Lotus/easy to park/the coffee downstairs is very delicious

There is a strong smell from the bathroom drain. be happy.!

very good

Inexpensive, convenient, comfortable

I'm clean and have parking.

Pretty good
