"Location was very convenient n accessible to everywhere. Staff were all very polite n friendly. The lounge area at the 9th floor was very pathetic and not cozy enough. Room was great except for missing lights near the table area which was dim especially during the night Please install some light near the table n TV area. Breakfast selection was very limited as well. Will stay at this hotel when we come the next time."

"Masya Allah, the cottage is complete, you can play bicycles, play basketball, playground, swimming pool is also very clean, the view is directly to the beach. The drawback is that inside the cottage you can't play on the beach.. So if you want to go to the beach to play sand and waves you have to get out of Ancol mermaid first Thank God, barakallahu too, because I once refunded a trip.com hotel room, gave a bonus coin worth almost 550 thousand, so I added 188 thousand to be able to stay at Ancol mermaid. Thanks to Trip.com and Putri Duyung Ancol"

"Everything is okeeee.. it's just a pity that from the beginning, I didn't get the information that the booking through this application couldn't get Amethyst or toothbrush soap supplies etc. When I asked, I was explained and actually able to pay Amethyst 10.000 for 2 people if you listen to it. I just wanted to check out the next day, if I was in the information from the beginning I would have chosen 10.000 to the Amethyst."

Nnova1667My 4th stay, definitely one of the best hotel in Jakarta. Conveniently located beside PIK Avenue and only 15mins from airport. One of the highlight is their breakfast which is full of variety. Hotel room is very big and clean. The only downside is the shower does not have door therefore water always spill out

GGuest UserCheck in was good. Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day… Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety. Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids

I had a little bad experience while swimming because there was no one to guard I took the flamingo float but a few minutes after using it the new staff came and said it was paid. Varied breakfast and other experiences are quite enjoyable

GGeriGood place if you want to spend time in MOI. The rooms are clean although old. The main door of the room I had was somewhat not sound proof as too many vents around the sides so could hear thr sounds in the corridor. But otherwise like the large shower are and with a flexible shower hear. O ly hotel I have seen with bolster, much appreciated that one

DDafie OmarStayed at ibis Styles Jakarta Mangga Dua Square recently and honestly had a pretty good experience! Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the main city centre, but it’s close to Ancol and PIK. I actually felt like it was right in the middle of everywhere I wanted to go. Because of the traffic, it usually took me about 40–50 minutes to get around, but getting to Ancol was super quick — only about 15–20 minutes. Breakfast was really good too — lots of choices and everything tasted great! Plus, it’s super easy to find food around the hotel since there are plenty of food stalls and shops nearby. The room was nice and definitely worth what I paid. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy — I slept really well! The only thing is the shower/toilet area was a bit small, but honestly, not a big deal. The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time. Another cool thing: you can book an in-room massage! The therapist is from Alaya Spa and the price was really affordable. Overall, really happy with my stay and would definitely come back!

GGuest UserBad review! A deposit of 250 yuan was inexplicably deducted! I booked 2 rooms, and another colleague booked 2 rooms. When we checked in that night, we were required to pay a deposit of 250 yuan per room before we could check in. We couldn't see anyone, so we had to transfer the money via WeChat. Then, probably because they used WeChat accounts from overseas, they kept saying it was a scam, so we didn't dare to transfer the money. He wouldn't give us the key without the deposit, and it took 40 minutes to get us all into the room. After checking out, another colleague was fined 500 yuan for smoking on the balcony. That colleague only paid a deposit of 250 yuan, but the deposit was deducted from me. It was so inexplicably cruel. The 332 yuan room instantly became 582. I was so angry.
