Red Roof Plus+ Tuscaloosa - University

I have started stay here every time I go to Tuscaloosa for business. Mainly for the low price. The only real complaint is the rooms are none smoking but my room smelled like **** one time out of the many times I stay here. The breakfast is better than expected. This place has been way better than the others in town in the same price range.

Hotel is not awful but definitely not the best. We had little roaches in our room on last night of stay. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived had crumbs on the floor & all fixtures were unplugged. Bed sheets were dirty and bathroom had stains on the floor. We toughed it out hoping room would be in better condition the next day. However, that did not happen. Maid service simply took our cover and somewhat made up the bed and placed the pillows on the bed. Floor and bathroom was not cleaned once again. So we cleaned it. We bought disinfectant spray, and made the best of our trip. I feel this hotel could be great if they would focus on cleaning and getting rid of the bugs.

Easy check in. The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned from the prior visitors but the lady at the front desk quickly found me another room. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Would have been nice if the wifi was secured (no password required to use it) as I had some personal business to do online. Breakfast was very good. And check out was easy.

Walkable to the Cracker Barrel. Quiet location. The bedding and pillows were worn out. The heater didn’t work and the smoke smell from the hallway came in our room periodically. The breakfast was well attended including fresh baked biscuits.

Very nice. Great check in. Room clean. Bed was comfy. Room needed some chairs. There was only a rolling desk chair. Always need more toeels. Breakfast was great. REAL FOOD and even better when it's breakfast in bed! it was very quiet and pleasant stay

Once again, Gina was exceptional and took care of me, definitely satisfied!! It's nice to know that when I am in town I know that if I give Gina a call ahead of time for my stay, she will take care of the rest with no worries!! I even had my guest's brag on her as well!! This is most definitely going to be my home away from home!!!!!

Took a while to get the room and the sheets had to be replaced. The bathroom was also not cleaned as well as it should have been. But once the staff was informed new bedding was provided.

I really enjoyed my stay again Chris**as Eve, as I had already been there the previous night!! Gina, once again at the Front Desk went above and beyond to assist me!! All the restaurants were Closed and me being from out of town, didn't have time to stop and get anything so Gina gave me her very own Mongolian beef and rice along with a Sprite for dinner!!! I was like Ohh my God....you are so sweet for doing that!!! Thanks again Red Roof Plus+ for everything and this will be my go to hotel for the future for sure!!!!

Very accommodating, we needed a crib unexpectedly, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. Quiet, felt safe, and while the “Suite” was just a little larger room, it was fine. Could have used a small couch. Great breakfast, friendly folks, and actually 1/2 price of others due to graduation going on in college town.
