It's a great all inclusive resort and great for large groups and or family vacations. The only downside, staff is not very helpful and quality of service/food is just not as good as it should be.

Second time to Moon Palace Jamaica. Buffet excellent and improved. Since our last stay there are many vegetable options that make it easier to maintain healthy diet. Great variety, lots of Jamaican food at buffet as well as Indian Mexican and Italian dishes. Fresh made omelettes etc. Restaurants also great food and service
Gym is great facility and exercise classes were a great way to stay in shape. Fitness trainer was awesome!
Great beach and water sports
Housekeeping keeps rooms spotless
Excellent entertainment. Our favourite this time was the piano bar. Very interactive and fun night out! Michael Jackson show is best I have ever seen and the performer looks and moves exactly like Michael! Can’t wait to come again thank you!

Jamaica is beautiful! I stayed at this property twice. This second time was not as nice. The food isn’t that great and some of the workers were very slow. The entertainment was nice, but it starts a little late for younger/elderly. Excursions were worth it, but the staff continuously beg you to buy more. Overall I think it was very good, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

As an ******* VIP guest, we were upgraded to a Honeymoon Ocean View room! I loved the views, service was amazing, and the overall food options tasted great everywhere. Property is clean and family friendly for those with children.

Me and my family had a great time at Moon Palace enjoying all of the amenities. The cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better, but overall we had a good stay.

The property was clean. My family and I were warmly greeted by the bellman. The property is clean and mostly well kept. They had enough restaurants to have a variety of options. The spa experience was wonderful and my courtier Tanaania was awesome. However, my husband did a pedicure it was poorly done. The next day his feet look so bad you couldn't say he had a pedicure done. Most of the VIP perks wasn't available but overall it was a good experience. I would recommend to visit this hotel and would still give them a second visit

I loved the food and the service. All the people were absolutely terrific and friendly. The not-so-good: it wasn't the cleanest. They try to upsell you at check-in and also at the checkout! That was a first. The most disappointing was the kids club. It opened at 10 and you had to check out your child from noon to 1. So you sat at the pool just checking your watch. And my child could not be convinced to go back after 1. So my husband and I got two hours to ourselves a day. Please consider extending the hours of the kids club. Also the beach was small and clearly artificial.
