Don't come here. We paid hundreds of dollars for a two-hour late check-out. We called countless times to check out five minutes later. We asked someone to arrange for us to wait at the door. It was like a ***. My god, my hair was not washed. I'm not greedy and I have to stay for a few more hours. They said you should finish it in three minutes or you have to continue paying. I'm really convinced. I bought an all-inclusive package. The restaurants all cost money, but there are only discounts. There are no Asians in the self-service free restaurant, so there is no Asian taste. There is not even fried rice.
The hotel room is very small. It's not worth the price at all. Are you kidding me...
The front desk service is so bad that I really want to point at us and say
Sure enough, there are reasons for so many bad reviews. They kept staring at us and speaking Korean. Obviously we were speaking Chinese. The discrimination was too obvious.
The front desk boss with short hair glared at us and told us to leave quickly. Please, sister, I'm not trying to take advantage of you. It's our problem that it's a little late, but I've never seen people who are like this five minutes late.

We stayed for two nights, the first night in the building where the front desk is located. The second night was temporarily added by us. The original room was gone, and then we were transferred to the second district across the road from the front desk. Equipment and room, the second district is good. Our family prefers a room in the second arrondis*****t for the second night.
If you are going paragliding and island hopping, the location of this hotel is the best, and the beach is right outside. Island hopping and paragliding are only a few minutes away.
This hotel is still better, that is, all-inclusive. Three meals and afternoon tea are included in the room rate. The food is ok, but the drinks are not. But we only like to drink tea and water. Beer is also free.
When you check in, the front desk will bring you a bracelet. With this bracelet, you can eat and drink as you like in the hotel. The watermelon fruit is quite delicious. I think it is quite convenient and saves you from having to look for food. Anyway, I feel that I don't like Turkish food very much.
Island hopping is quite tiring, so I just wear a swimsuit and walk for a few minutes to the hotel to rest, which saves a lot of energy. A walk on the beach after dinner is also nice.

Just back from our 7th stay at this wonderful hotel. The Staff are the greatest asset to this hotel, nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Wonderful views and you can sit and watch the paragliding all day. Be prepared to put some weight on as the food is simply amazing! We will be back, thank you for another wonderful holiday!

Just returned from our 2nd visit to the Belcekiz, again could not fault it, room a little dated but was fine only to sleep in, food again was excellent plenty of choice. Staff are just amazing cleaners, bar staff entertainment team all do an amazing job not naming any staff as all fantastic see you next year

We recently stayed for a week as a family and the hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. The staff worked so hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable and the food was incredible with something for even the fussiest of eaters. As a side note - The sun loungers were usually full by 10am and it would be nice if the rules were followed by removing towels if people left them for longer than 2 hours. We witnessed a number of people reserving loungers at 8am and then promptly disappearing until after lunch. The pictures on TUIs website doesn’t do it justice and the new rooms were wonderful- the location was directly in front of the main pool and was beautifully decorated but to note it was a tight fit for a family of three but shouldn’t put off anyone thinking of booking. We will certainly be returning later this year or next May when work permits! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

Very clean , Food fantastic, entertainment good, cocktails meh, beer ok, staff fab, worked hard and made sure we enjoyed, location ideal..the room clean and comfy...Our gripes are, considering we paid a lot for this holiday with Tui we were not offered the usual 5* Hotel welcome drinks when we arrived after 12 hours of travelling. We never ask for special requests so this time we were very disappointed with the view from the room, 254 which was next door to a transport depot scaffolding and roof, loud music coming from the depot every afternoon and noise of crockery being washed at 1 am..also the garden below seemed overgrown and forgotten, so much different to all the other balcony views we witnessed. Only one door card provided resulting constant echoing noise of knocking on doors from other rooms at all hours of the day/night. Some of the other guests had no respect for others by having loud conversations outside our room after hours....Although we enjoyed it is not our usual 5* experience so will not return

Stayed at the hotel for the first time and it was lovely, we got one of the newly refurbished rooms which was so nice and stylish :D The hotel was perfectly clean, staff very friendly and were great at interacting with holiday goers and keeping drinks topped up, Halil at the quiet pool was very nice and there was another young gentleman at the main pool bar who was also very funny :D As a vegan the chef was really great at letting me know what I could and could not have, one time when there was not a great selection for me that he actually had some pasta especially for me and it was delicious!! The entertainment team seemed fun although I didn't partake in any activities, they had some good evening entertainment on also. I would stay again as it was a really nice little get away, would defiantly recommend ＜3

Lovely hotel, staff are lovely , food is great , great entertainment, rooms are nice and comfortable . We would definitely return , also it's a ideal location on the beach, in reach of shops and bars. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
