In booked 2 rooms, checked in together with my friends. Air Con in my room had been cut off 3 times at night, 11pm,. 1am and 3am, I have to call concierge to request to resume the air con supply, they disconnect it to save electricity bills. My friend who slept next door has no problem. I have sleepless night this was awful as I have to travel for long hours the next day. When requested for an explanation, the hotel concierge told me that the manager has no time to see me for this trivial small petty issue, to them, perhaps, but to us as a traveller, paid for AC Marriots fees and received such service in return is really an unpleasant experience!
