The room that I paid for was not the room that I wanted then when I said something they had me go to check another room that when I went to look that room was not clean they told me they only clean rooms when they get paid for. I said sir the dirty room is what I paid for that room with the tub. But instead I got another room that the bath didn’t work the tv in the room didn’t work the a/c nor the phone in the room worked

This hotel was amazing! We ended up getting an upgrade to a king suite and the room was so awesome. Overall the room was very clean and comfortable. Walls could use a freah coat of paint, but that did not take away from the experience. We had a pool view and loved it. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and will stay again when in the area!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend over Presidents’ Day. We were going to universal. Which is close by. Check in was easy however we were told if we needed anything to call the front desk but the phones don’t work. The next day a front desk agent told me they’re in the process of taking the phones out. That we were to call the hotel themselves.
They were sold out and they have a very small parking lot but we Ubered to and from the parks so we don’t use our car.
We had a king suite which included a small kitchen, a separate bedroom and bath. It came with a spa like jacuzzi tub separate from a shower which was clean and wonderful to use after a long day at the parks. It was too cold to use the outdoor space.
The only negative thing was that Starbucks closed at 10am with breakfast. We would definitely stay here again

The middle leg of the bed frame was not supporting the bed. It was kicked out and hanging there. Every time one of us moved in bed it would shake and wake up my husband. Lots of cosmetic damage and the dishes were put away dirty.

Very nice hotel, the double king bed room is a little smaller than I thought :) but over all really clean.

Food service at bar was poor. The bartender never manning her station. Several times I would find her out back smoking.
