It seems that the number of customers is small due to the corona, so it is probably because I can use the vacant room. The room is simple, the amenities are minimal but clean and spacious, and above all, the view from the window that opens the bran and jumps into your eyes. The open-air bath I was looking for was that it had a wonderful view and I could spend time forgetting my daily life, and no one was there while I was taking a bath. What surprised me was the food! Although it is a standard plan, the quality and quantity are excellent, and the steamed abalone is exquisite and the deliciousness of the sashimi is exceptional! As expected, it is the Seto Inland Sea. The staff is working hard for young people, but I liked the appearance of the man in the room who was polite and hard to serve customers from abroad. Breakfast used to be a buffet style, but now it is compatible with corona infection. Probably, it was very good for us because it is a Japanese set meal and I am not good at buffet. It's nice to have coffee after a meal. I was worried that the price was higher than when I first saw this hotel, but when I came, I was convinced that it was a good hotel. However, there is only one ... On the way back from the Shinkansen, when I noticed that I had forgotten the clothes I was wearing when I arrived at the inn, I called and said that I had nothing left behind ...? ?? I changed into a different top in the morning I forgot the clothes I wore the day before and left them on the hanger, so I have no place to forget other than the hotel ... Of course I forget this is worse, so be careful! I thought, but I was a little shocked to be told that I wouldn't even leave my forgotten hair clip or tea bottle at another inn (tears). I am very satisfied with the location, the politeness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the low price because it is a go to travel. You can have breakfast for an additional fee, but I didn't go there because I didn't have breakfast or dinner at the restaurant during this trip. If I had to order one thing, it was the humidifier I rented, which was filled with water (about 1/3 of the time) from customers who didn't know when they used it. When I looked at other hotels, I thought it would be better to do so because the guests often enter the hotel by themselves.

　Toyoko Inn Higashi-Hiroshima SAIJO Station was just in front of the south exit of ＪＲ SAIJO Station. It is a very good location for those who use the station, but the other is the best location for visiting SAIJO's sake brewery, which is the place to drink. After checking in at Toyoko Inn in the evening, we went to the souvenir shop at the station or had dinner in front of the station, and after checking out the hotel the next morning, I enjoyed the sake brewery tour while leaving the car in the hotel parking lot. As for the hotel level, it is a simple business hotel because it is Toyoko Inn. It is common to Toyoko Inns nationwide, but the building, including the guest rooms, is kept bright, clean and clean. When we visited, the corona was on a lower fire, but there was a container for free breakfast that could be brought back to the room, and infection control was solid.

We stayed for use at Hiroshima University. It was a private car, but the parking fee was very cheap and saved. The bus stop of the route bus from SAIJO station to the University is also near the hotel. It was within walking distance to SAIJO station, so I didn't have any trouble eating and drinking. The room is a general business hotel, but the service was more than that. The public bath sleeve dressing room is also kept clean and can be used comfortably at night and in the morning. Breakfast was enough to raise the price a little more? Personally, I was happy that the drink was substantial.

The hotel's reception area and bar are quite modern with some cute Japanese décor and homewares on shelves. There is also a complimentary 'amenity buffet' so you can pick up some extra soaps, shampoos, bath salts, etc. any time you need them. We had a wa****su (traditional Japanese tatami room) on the 3rd floor that was moderate in size but very clean and looks to have had a recent renovation as the bathroom was very new and modern. Imabari's main shopping street is just a 2 minute walk away with some nice coffee shops and homeware stores. There are also two Poeme stores very closeby where you can buy Imabari's local sweet treat which are perfect with coffee and also as a boxed gift idea too! The nearest convenience store (a Family Mart) is about a 5 minute walk away and Imabari Castle is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front entrance and makes for an interesting afternoon and has an excellent 360 degree view from the top. The hotel has bicycles that you can rent for free, however the seats were very uncomfortable and even a little painful (though it might just be me, as I haven't ridden a bicycle in quite a few years and am a big heavy Australian bloke!) Our futons were very comfortable and we had a great nights' sleep and felt very refreshed in the morning. Unfortunately we made the decision to go to the Imabari Kokusai Hotel for breakfast instead of having breakfast at Hotel Kikusui Imabari and we had quite possibly the worst buffet breakfast there. Really regret we didn't just stay and have breakfast in-house, as the food at Kikusui looked to have been far better and at a fraction of the price too! Couldn't fault this hotel and will absolutely stay again on my next visit to my old hometown of Imabari!

1. Dinner and breakfast are delicious, and it will be a bit supportive. It is very pleasant to watch the sea view while eating. 2. There is free wifi, the room is very clean, the view is very good, and you can watch the sunrise. 3. You can borrow bicycles (limited number, must ride back), very close to the bicycle lane. 4. Walk about 2.2 kilometers from Bozhibin Station. Bozhibin Station is an unmanned station. There is no taxi schedule. It is recommended to call the car.

Ok, this one is difficult to rate. The room comes with a magnificient view on the sea. That's what made me chose that place. But it is remote. So, if you have no car, except walking a good 2km from the train station along a road. There is nothing to eat there. It is a stop/sleep/leave concept of hotel. Once again, if you have no car... you won't walk back the 2km to find something to eat. You sleep on the floor. No surprise here and I slept particularly well so, no complains. Just be aware of that. Toilets, bath, all is shared. Room are old but all ok and one of the biggest space I got during this trip. Furnitures are also old. You may feel like you are staying at grandma place for a while. The building, from the 70's probably, is not sound proof. You may enjoy your neighbor sleep. As I did. I did book for 2. Probably because Trip was not proposing other option or because it was the cheapest one, not sure. The lady at the entrance kept me waiting for 15mn for that reason showing that she was embarrassed to give me the keys for that already paid room. This moment was uncomfortable to say the least. The remote part, the furnitures style, the oldish atmosphere, the old room door still requiring a key and that squeak a little bit... may not please everyone. It comes with its sweet creepy feeling. Not an hotel for everyone. But damn, the view in the morning... splendid.
